Amazingly beautiful and unique property!

A beautiful, secluded retreat plenty big enough for 10 people. The views and the grounds are unique and the barn is breathtaking! We had a wonderful stay!

Awesome house. Located close to the wineries.

A group of friends stayed here for Valentine's Day weekend and we had a great time. The house was beautiful and located close to the wineries. The kitchen was fully stocked and a large kitchen table. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great Hill Country Getaway

We've stayed here twice and the second time was even better than the first. GREAT location especially if you are going to be mainly visiting the wineries. Nice and secluded with tons of room for the kids to run around and play. Spacious outside and warm and inviting inside. Perfect for a family retreat or girls weekend.

Great Hill Country Setting

We found the property amazing, the location very convenient to both Fredericksburg & Luckenbach, the property manager very attentive. The setting is perfect for families and the outdoor amenities are suitable for any sized gathering...so invite your friends to visit while you stay at Constantine. Essentially the perfect country setting within 5 minutes from the hot spots in town and the various wineries along 290.

Beautiful home!

Perfect location only 10 minutes from downtown and even less to nearby wineries. The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing girls weekend. We had everything needed to cook dinner one night and would have been happy spending the entire weekend at the house without leaving! Will absolutely be back!

Wonderful Centrally Located Retreat with Charm Plus.....

Our group of 4 couples so enjoyed your home. It was peaceful, beautifully accommodating, close to Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Trade Days, and the wineries. Just off the beaten path but close to everything. We also saw deer in the evenings a loved looking at the Oreo cows. What more could we ask for... The barn was spectacular and a great place for us to sit during the late evenings and enjoy our dinner. We are planning on coming back next year!

Beautiful!

We rented this house as a girls' weekend to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday, and it was perfect! The location of the house is ideal....about 6 miles from downtown Fredricksburg, right along the 290 winery corridor and less than a mile from the Wildseed Farm. The house is more impressive than the pictures illustrate. It's a combination of rustic and modern, very peaceful. Adrianna was responsive, and made the whole experience very easy. If we're ever back in that part of the state, we will definitely consider renting again.

Constantine at Rocky Hill is gorgeous!

We just completed a 2-wk stay at Constantine and were over the moon with the house, the location, the barn, the property, etc. We were there for relaxation & to celebrate my husband's Bday and created so many memories. My daughters played outdoors and made s'mores at night, my husband used the open field to practuce his golf swing several times, we rode bikes up & down the hill, swam in nearby emerald rivers, relaxed in the gorgeous courtyard, where we also had breakfast, dinner and countless bottles of wine. Can't say enough about this beautiful home. Thank you Adriana for thoughtfully checking in with us throughout our stay. :)

Lovely Home in Wine County

From the moment we arrived, we knew the trip was magical - when the peacock arrived, it was confirmed! The home is lovely, And with just a few improvements will be great: 1. Missed soap & toiletries in baths 2. Missed proper can opener & paper towels in kitchen 3. Door from Master bedroom to patio doesn't lock? 4. Door from Master bedroom to living room sticks 5. Could not find queen/(2) twin bed room (just single twin) 6. White furniture had stains & outlets on kitchen counter didn't work.

Secluded yet close to town

We recently stayed at Constantine with some friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was truly a wonderful experience. Everyone told me how much they loved the house. The accommodations are charming, clean, and comfortably slept our group. We enjoyed the outdoor courtyard area as well--the guys loved sitting around the fire pit outside. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes for a large group and we definitely made use of the coffee maker! We loved having breakfast and coffee in the little sun room off of the kitchen. The house is extremely easy to find, just right off the highway leading into town. Parking was easy for multiple cars. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only issue we had was with the wifi. We were given a password, but none of our phones could even locate a wifi network, so service was spotty. It probably turned out for the best, though, as we were less distracted by our phones :)

Ladies weekend!

We booked this beautiful house for a bride's bachelorette weekend! When we pulled into the drive way, we were in awe at the spectacular view of the house! It's absolutely gorgeous! The bride LOVED it as well! We loved the decor in the house and felt it went well with the brides wedding theme. We didn't have to decorate too much when we celebrated dinner the first night. There are plenty of kitchenware to use for cooking a home cooked meal. We saw a lot of wasps, but once we contacted Adrianna, she sent someone out to check around and spray. She answered back quickly and helped make sure our stay was perfect. The only downfall, was that we were expecting to use the 5th bed but those people had to be away from the action. We knew that before we booked, but it still kind of stunk. Just wanted to make sure others knew that the 5th bed was separate from the house. But they get their own bathroom and a working ac unit! We are still talking about the beautiful house weeks later! Thank you again for all your help Adrianna!!

Not Great For Families, Perfect for Wine Touring for Couples or Adult Groups

If you don't have young children this house is perfect. The playground is broken and needs to be removed. Door handles are falling off electrical outlets are spotty. It is in the country so expect bugs. The house is old with drop off from the living room to the dining room that is not ideal for children as well as creaking floors and thin walls that can be easy to wake young children. Air conditioner takes forever to cool down the house (as owner instructs previous guest to turn it off instead of just up). It is a programmable nest that seems to have a mind of its own. The toilet was leaking in the guest house and was never repaired. Internet did not work for the entire length of our stay (which seems to be a recurring review so I am wondering if it ever actually works). This property is great for a group of friends or even a couple if you just plan to hit up the wineries and go bed. It has a great patio and is secluded and peaceful with wildlife around including peacocks and tons of wildflowers.

Family trip to Fredericksburg

This property was a perfect location for our family trip to Fredericksburg. It is located right in the middle of several vineyards and minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. The accommodations were amazing: very comfortable, nicely decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, great deck with plenty of room to gather. You are out in the country so there is a possibility of a few visitors. We really enjoyed the visit from the peacocks. The host was very helpful.

Weekend Getaway

The property is excellent overall. Very quiet and beautiful setting. Only issue was that the linens had not been changed in the guest cottage. We wanted to sleep there to enjoy the nice night and were not able to do so since the sheets were not clean. Other than that the property is lovely.

excellent house

We are an extended family of 4 couples we stayed here for a simple weekend. It really wasn't long enough. I'd recommend a long weekend. We loved it and will endeavor to return and do it all over again. The house is quaint and rustic. The setting is rural, yet very convenient to the wineries and an easy drive into town for shopping. It has 1 master bedroom with private bath, 3 double bedrooms with a shared bath between them, and a renovated outhouse building with a small bedroom and private bath. The shared bath between 3 couples was fine for us, since we are all family. But if you had a group of friends it might be a little awkward and inconvenient. The outhouse bedroom is tiny with low ceiling, but very cozy. I stayed there and loved it. The courtyard has a fire pit, if weather is cool bring your own wood. It was a lovely place to sip wine and chat and play games till all hours of the night. Inside the house is a wood burning fireplace too. BYO wood. On the patio is a gas grill with a propane tank available. The house has a standard full kitchen, and accessories provided are superior to the average VRBO. They had a pantry full of spices, tin foil, etc. Don’t steal all of their spices, but it was handy if you need a pinch of oregano or cinnamon. Everything was in working order, no complaints. Be sure to use Google maps to find it as the turn off road is unmarked and very small. There are photogenic cows in the pasture up front. The owner Adriana was quick and thoughtful in replies.

Pefect group getaway

This was a perfect weekend getaway for our group of 10 adults. The setting is beautiful. It's a very nicely updated and furnished historic home, with great spaces for gathering and socializing.. both indoors and outdoors. Just over 10 minutes to shopping (and HEB) in Fredericksburg, and closer to most of the wineries. Thanks Adriana!

Beautiful Property

We had 9 people stay at this charming home and we have no complaints. It was quite enjoyable and the rooms were great, plenty of room. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area and the front room as well. Very close proximity to the wineries, Fredericksburg, and Lukenbach. You will not be disappointed staying here.
