This well-loved condo in Snowbrook Village has a stunning view of the Sugarloaf Mountain ski trails. The nearby Snubber chairlift provides for ski-in/ski-out access, and you are also just a short walk away from catching a free shuttle, which has regular service to and from the Sugarloaf Base Lodge as well as the restaurants and shops located on the mountain. The condo is a second/third floor unit with four bedrooms (three bedrooms with one queen bed each, and one bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds) and three full bathrooms. There is an open-concept kitchen and living room area. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dining table. The living room has a TV, a gas fireplace, two couches, chairs, and windows that look out at the mountain. The condo also has a washer and dryer as well as wireless internet access. The pond in front of the condo can be used for ice skating (weather-permitting), and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails are only a short walk away. The condo is owner-occupied, except when rented for a few weeks a year.

Snowbrook
Excellent location, very easy to access lifts. Unit was very well equipped with everything we needed. Very roomy, having stayed at Snowbrook before this was the nicest unit we’ve had.

great property, not so great weather
We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children visiting Sugarloaf for a 4 day ski vacation near the end of Feb. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Tim the owner was gracious to allow a 9:00 AM check in as that day was the best skiing. That night the rain started which destroyed the conditions followed by a rapid change to below zero temps and a fast freeze making the next 2 days essentially not skiable. The last day was acceptable for the kids to ski and again Tim helped us out by allowing a late afternoon checkout so we could get in some skiing. Can't thank him enough for these gestures. The condo itself is perfect for a group of our size, very clean, and easy access to ski on/ski off. Unlike many properties that rent this one felt very homelike with many pictures and signs it is truly a home. Facilities were great with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen for cooking etc. Due to the weather we were also able to make use of the complexes pool facilities which really helped to keep the kids active and happy. We will definitely consider staying here again with the hope Mother Nature will be more accommodating.

Great location, owner occupied and filled with personal belongings and clutter
The location is fantastic, we loved the accessibility to ski on ski off for our stay! The lift is right next to the unit and that was a huge benefit of the rental. However please know that this unit is VERY much owner occupied when not renting, which has never been an issue before when we have rented but this unit is packed with clutter, closets with the owners clothes which made them essential unusable for renters, and random personal items shattered across the unit. (Random diapers, socks, dog kibble, trash, dirty utensil drawers, etc found under beds and in corners) It is certainly not up to the cleanliness standards of any vrbo owner occupied rental we have stayed at in the past which was pretty disappointing given what we paid. The owner was responsive throughout our stay and we did share the feedback, which he said he will take and make improvements for future renters. Had we had a better idea of how the unit looked when we showed up we most certainly would have looked for other options that aligned with VRBOs owner occupied cleanliness standards.

Super convenient condo at Sugarloaf!
This condo is just as written - the bedrooms are comfy and the ski in/ski out trail entrance is just a short walk through the parking lot. There were eight of us - 4 adults and 4 teens with plenty of room to hang out! The ski locker even fit all our skis. The owner was quick to respond to questions, and we were even able to use the pool on a Sat night while there - reserving time was easy! We would definitely go back.

Amazing location
We loved the ski in ski out location of the condo. It was the perfect distance from the lift. The owners were responsive and sent easy to follow directions and other info. There isn’t a ton of counter space in the kitchen as an fyi in case anyone is planning to cook elaborate post ski meals.

Perfect for large family
My family had a fantastic stay! The condo was very comfortable for 7 adults and a toddler. The condo was cozy, clean and comfortable. You can tell that the owner really cares for the property. This Snubber lift is just a short walk which makes it easy to go to and from the condo several times during the day. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great ski in ski out condo
This is a great condo- exactly as pictured and described. Basic kitchen but it has everything one could need. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and a the living room is cozy. This is a real ski in and ski out condo, it is just a 2 minute walk to the lift. The owner is super responsive and was very pleasant and accommodating. This has nice layout for family and friends or two families to share.

Great Condo for families- ski, swim, snowshoe, read!
This was a great condo for our multi-generation family vacation to Sugarloaf. The condo has plenty of room and bedrooms to give everyone space to relax and socialize. Open kitchen to prepare meals and be involved in the evening conversation. Great view of the mountain - we watched the fireworks from the outside deck (hearty souls) and couch (smart folks inside). Our family could ski right to the lift (the condo is a very short walk to the Snubber trail and lift), hop on cross-country ski trails, snowshoe, or hit the very popular pool after skiing! Great location, great condo.

Great stay at Sugarloaf
Our two families had a very nice stay at Peter's cozy mountain home. It had everything you need (firewood, paper products, condiments, etc, beds were comfy, was a very close walk to the Snubber, and Peter was available to answer any questions throughout the weekend. He offered a late check out knowing snow conditions would improve on our last day. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect spot for family ski trip!
It would have only been more convenient to the slopes if they ran the chairlift through the livingroom! Roomy ski locker and the 8am chair right outside the condo made this so easy and convenient! We were 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids - and felt comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was adequately stocked so we could cook dinner every night. Used the fireplace - thankful for the stock of wood! Beautiful view to the slopes right from the couch. Easy walk over to the pool. But NOTE the pool is not open during the morning! Weekends and holidays opens at noon, otherwise later so don't expect a day in the pool as a break from the slopes. Not the condo owner's fault, but something to be aware of. If you don't have skis, no problem. Shuttle picks you up 50 yards from condo door and takes you right to the base lodge. We took our first trip to Sugarloaf in February and were so happy to return. The mountain has something for everyone and I always find the resort staff so attentive.

Allowed our extended family to relive our Loaf Days
As kids we grew up going to Sugarloaf every weekend to our condo in the commons. As we grew up our lives got busy and we gave up our condo and each year we discuss getting back up there with our kids. We finally did it and Redmond Condo offered a great alternative. The condo slept 10 of us (3 families) easily and we had room to invite our brother and his family, who rented another smaller condo, to come hang out and enjoy New Years and board games together. Peter was a great Landlord and very accessible. The front bedroom was cold but the heater in the room kept the room where it needed to be. The location was perfect to ski in ski out. Just a short walk over a snow bank. Each bedroom was sizeable to fit suitcases and have room to get around. The shuttle picked us up right outside the condo and brought us to lodge and to the Rack. The condo has everything you need just bring the groceries and capacity for fun and adventure

Great location, great condo, great host
We stayed with another family (4 adults, 4 kids) in this great condo. It was a short walk to the Snubber lift and we skied down to the condo on a green trail. There was a locker outside for skis and poles. Four bedrooms - 3 with double beds and one with a double bed and two singles. It did not feel like a like a rental, it was more like staying at a friend's place. Had a fire (wood provided for fireplace) every night and cooked dinner in ththe condo. Watched the 9:30 New Year's Eve fireworks from the living room. Dining room sat 8. Lots of board games available to borrow. Walked to the pool (open until 8 PM) and hot tubs (3). Mother Nature even dropped 30" of snow on the place our second night, and while we had to dig out our car, roads were well plowed. Peter was also willing to rent for less than a week between Xmas and New Year's Day, while most places would not. Two big thumbs up.

Perfect Ski Trip Home
This condo is perfectly set up for a group ski trip. Four bedrooms with plenty of beds allow for a group to be comfortable and for each couple to have their own room and privacy while the open living room and kitchen area are great for hanging out before and after hitting the slopes. The kitchen is set up perfectly and we enjoyed being able to cook every meal in the condo. The balcony is one of the best features, overlooking the beautiful pond and the ski slopes. The balcony got sunshine all day long. I will definitely be booking this condo again. Loved everything about it.

Cozy and accommodating
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter's condo. The location is very convenient, the view of the mountain to die for and the condo layout of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths easily accommodated our extended family. Also enjoyed personal touches such as new crayons and interesting games for grandkids and others. They loved splashing in the nearby indoor pool too. Only minor drawback was cramped kitchen/dining area. But the price was right and we had a great time. Highly recommend.

As advertised, comfortable and homey! Close to Snubber
We traveled to this condo with three families making us 10 total (4 adults and 6 kids). While the bed set-up wasn't totally great for us, there were also sofa beds and we got ourselves well-settled. The condo is filled with personal photos and touches, and felt like "ours" (except we weren't in the photos ;)), the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, and there were plenty of blankets. It was nice to be on the top level as the floors are creaky and well, the bathroom doors don't lock but who cares? We're there to ski! And ski we did in spite of bad conditions--Snubber chairlift is very close and we skied down every afternoon. We did not skate but that was possible, and we did use the nice pool house one afternoon too. Owner was nice, fast to respond and it was an incredibly easy vacation! Thanks, Pete!

Great location and stay.
Sugarloaf is a fantastic mountain. Location of condo is great with short walk (200 yards) for ski on ski off access. Plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations. Living and eating area is a bit tight for large group. Will go again. Highly recommend property and owner was very easy to deal with.
