Fabulous location for the antique show. Perfect for small family getaways or a fun girls weekend. Need more space? Consider booking our additional cabin on site that can sleep up to 4 people, 10 total if booking the entire property!

This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!

-The owner has a dwelling at the back of the property and is sometimes on-site. You will have full privacy during your entire stay.

-It is possible for the additional casita on the property to be booked during your stay. If you would like to book the entire property, please send us a message!

-Each house has their own fire pit area. There are no shared amenities.

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $28 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

- Cell service can be limited depending on your provider.

- You are welcome to say hello to the neighboring goats, but please do not feed them or attempt to cross the fence.
