The Baby Guest House is a private 360 sq ft cottage for two. It showcases one bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom and kitchen, TV, living space, and front porch. As well, the sofa pulls out into a sleeper for one additional guest if needed. It has been carefully decorated with just the right amount of comfort, with a little shabby chic and retro thrown in. This is the total BnB experience, nestled in large oak trees and nature. Your privacy will be respected, and with the main house on the property, every effort is made to attend to your needs. If you are booking for a special occasion, let us know so we can ensure your time here is memorable. The hot tub is adjacent to the cottages and is for all reserved guests to use. Private time can easily be accommodated. Check in time is 3:00 pm, with check out at 11:00 am. The property is gated, and is for reserved guests only. See you soon!

I originated from Alberta, Canada, and moved to the Fort Worth area in 2021. I bought the property in 2020 sight unseen in the midst of Covid. A massive renovation of the house took place and then the building of the two cottages. I opened for business as a full B&B in May, 2022.

Why they chose this property

I love this street! We have a herd of deer that roam through that have delighted every guest who has stayed. It's quiet, the oak trees are huge with large canopies for shade, and there are no street lights, so when the yard lights are off it is wonderfully black. There are only 13 houses on our street, each with good size lots. Many of us are retired, or work from home, so we have an invested interest in our street.

What makes this property unique

Two cottages on site, hot tub, large yard, great for small groups, wedding event space, minutes to Lake View Marina, Sammy's on the Lake, and a wonderful breakfast each morning. Nothing better than that!
