When we arrived we checked the bed sheets. The fitted sheet appeared clean, however the top sheet looked like people with dirty feet had been in it. There were also multiple hairs on the sheet. We wanted to also wash our travel cups from our 15 hour drive. There was no dish soap, they did have some dishwasher detergent available, but no dishwasher in the unit. No one showed until between 10:30-11:00 pm with the sheets and soap. We had been on the road sine 2:30 am.
The next day, the large burner on the stove did not work. There was inadequate kitchen supplies to be advertised as a useable kitchen. We tried to turn the tv on at bedtime and found it had power but "no signal". I did contact Unwind Vacations. We had no tv for the duration of our stay.
When leaving I called for a luggage cart. I was told one would be brought over to our unit. We waited 30 min. I called again, I was assured one would be there soon. We finally gave up and hauled everything down to the car in multiple loads. We would have been able to get on the road an hour and a half earlier if we would have just loaded up instead of waiting or if they would have followed through with the luggage cart.
While we had a great time in Myrtle Beach, I would not recommend this Resort as a place to stay.
