Second floor: two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two twin beds; and shower bathroom. Loft area overlooks open living room and kitchen. Rear entry leads to secluded patio and deck with large seating and dining area, landscaped shrubs and gas grille. Open, airy, colorful, spacious and fun. Outdoor shower. Close to downtown, museums, restaurants, shops, grocery store, and docks. One block from Old Mill with working demonstrations and African Meeting House. Bus on Pleasant Street goes to all beaches, circumnavigates island for sightseeing or day trips, accepts bikes and wheelchairs. Rentals available Saturday to Saturday.

Owners are well established local residents on-island who believe in a proper and restful setting for vacation. They have traveled the US and abroad so are quite discriminating. Owners are retired professionals with adult children and are extremely committed to Nantucket, its beauty, and its conservation and restoration.
Why they chose this property
Fifteen minute walk to town. Close to downtown museums, restaurants, shops, grocery store, and docks. One block from Old Mill with working demonstrations and African Meeting House. Bus on Pleasant Street goes to all beaches and circumnavigates island for sightseeing or day trips.
