I am a senior economist, MBA lecturer, writer and blogger. I write articles and books about economy. I am a born and bred Athenian, I also live in Nea Smirni which I'm madly in love. My father built the building where the flat is located. I also live in it with my husband, my dog and my parrot therefore, we are always available to our guests and we take extra care of the flat.
Why they chose this property
A top floor very sunny apartment, fully equiped with two air-conditioning units, two fans, two television sets and a dvd recorder with a rich dvd collection. It also has two balconies where you can enjoy your meals in spring, summer and autumn days. The flat has genuine paintings, my card collection, pieces of art and part of my hats collection.Many shops are nearby as well as parks, two children parks and a basketball court.
What makes this property unique
It is a nice, sunny, very pleasant flat, preserved with lots of care in a green, safe area of Athens very close to the beach as well as to Athens antiquities. It combines everything!
