Flagler Beach is Florida's best-kept-secret beach community nestled between historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Beyond the 6 miles of secluded pristine beach, Flagler offers something for everyone including walking & biking trails, world-renown golf courses, ocean side dining, eclectic shops, surfing, and a classic fishing pier. Beyond a few vacationers and the occasional surfers, Flagler's laid back retro vibe is also known to attract sea turtles and whales.
The townhouse is located on the second and third floor of Ocean Beach Club II along scenic A1A. A well-maintained 4-story complex that overlooks a beautiful pool and beyond that the ocean with direct access to the beach. Tennis court, community grills, shuffleboard and plenty of parking are just a few of Ocean Beach Club II amenities.
On the first floor of the non-smoking townhouse is a 1/2 bath, fully applianced L-shaped kitchen complete with a washer and dryer. The living area is open and spacious with dining for 6 and a living room with a hide-a-bed sofa and a spectacular view of the ocean, or cable TV with blueray player if you prefer, or browsing online on private wifi.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite features a king-size bed and another fabulous view of the ocean. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with 2 comfortable full size beds with a walk-in shower in the second bathroom.
There are many activities nearby, including Marineland Aquarium where you can swim with the dolphins, Palm Coast Marina featuring fishing charters, kayak and boat rentals. Flagship Harbour Boardwalk is a must for biking enthusiasts and the Matanzas River is a great area for fishing, kayaking, and sailing. A 30 minute drive to the north you'll find Spanish-influenced St. Augustine or to the south you'll find Daytona Beach featuring the Daytona International Speedway. A little further south of Daytona you'll find Kennedy Space Center. 90 minutes to the west is Disney World and Universal Studies.
