Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, lovely Craftsman bungalow in Royal Oak, a vibrant city, home to Royal Oak Music Theatre, the Detroit Zoo, and Beaumont Hospital.
Ample outdoor spaces, copper countertops, wood details throughout.
Three bedrooms and main bath all on second floor. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to get to the main bathroom and all bedrooms. A fully finished additional 1/2 bath is in the basement
Dedicated office space with fast and reliable WIFI.
Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and all appliances, dishwasher.
Centrally located and minutes from Detroit or Troy, on a quiet residential tree-lined street.
