Do not recommend
1. After paying and confirming I received a several page document of the "rules of the building." These were ridiculous and had I received them prior, I would not have booked with them.
2. Our stay started with us arriving at the apartment after a five hour flight to find the unit had no power. I called and texted. Twenty minutes later I received a text asking me to send pictures of the situation. After two hours of waiting in the dark (after 11 PM) we had a message to move to another unit but just for the night. We moved back to the unit the next day.
3. The location is good but extremely noisy. Noise came from the pool area and was so loud we could here it in the unit with the doors shut. All through the night there were noisy cars, dogs, and people.
4. On Sunday there was a notice in the elevator that there would be no water in the building on Monday from 8AM until 10PM. This made the unit unusable. We had to find alternate accommodations for that day. I asked for a refund for the day and was told I could have 20% back for the day only. NOTE: The water came back on at 10:30 PM Monday night.
5. Communication to the owners/managers was always via text and not promptly responded to.
6. The guard at the building told us there were multiple issues with this management firm.
7. The only positive was the location. It was close to the event we had come to attend.
