Waterfront Villa-Infinity Pool, 5 Individual Suites, Ideal for Family or Group.
Newly constructed and lovingly professionally designed to provide spacious, relaxing, accommodation providing you with a great vacation experience. Expansive villa made up of five individual suites each with open plan kitchen/living area and expansive veranda.
Enjoy breath-taking views of the bay and the open sea. Wake up to awe-inspiring sunrises; enjoy each day connecting with nature. Enjoy afternoons sitting on the cool veranda watching the boats pass by, and later on you can take a refreshing dip in the ocean. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine on the veranda, and on some evenings you can listen to the sounds of the music from St. James, as it wafts across the bay. At night the gentle waves lull you asleep. And if you’re fortunate enough to be with us when it’s full moon, the moonlight glistening on the ocean is a true beauty to behold.
Located on the waterfront at Mamora Bay, across from the famous St James Club, a relaxing get away but also only a short drive away from the bars, restaurants, museum, marinas and shopping at English Harbour and Nelsons Dockyard, the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
What makes this property unique for a group is the opportunity it provides to share time together, but also apart when you just want some private space or the in-laws become the outlaws.
Five spacious suites, with king size beds, separate living/dining area and en-suite bathroom. All suites are similar but each is unique. All enjoy lots of space for alfresco dining. One suite has a walk up ramp, and grab rails fitted making it attractive with those that may have mobility issues. (If this is of interest to you please make sure to discuss your requirements with us before you book.) LaVista is the ideal location for that special inter-generational family holiday, or a shared interest group. If you would like to bring young children, please discuss this with us beforehand.
Antigua has long been the sailing hub of the Caribbean and English Harbour is the heart of the yachting community in Antigua. If you are visiting Antigua to take part in a regatta, then we are an excellent base for a team. The property can be set up with different sleeping arrangements upon request so please make sure to discuss your requirements with us.
Our waterfront location provides an excellent opportunity to swim in the ocean and enjoy the health benefits sea bathing provides. Or if you want to catch one of those elusive fish for supper, then the waterfront provides that opportunity. Of if you prefer pool bathing then our Chillax infinity pool provides just the space to enjoy the water and spend time together.
English Harbour also hosts a plethora of restaurants and eating-places, something for every pallet and budget. They can be reached within a short drive, and we can help you liaise with car rental companies or taxi drivers so that you can easily get around. We live on site so will assist you as much as we can.
We are not within walking distance of any shop or restaurant. The road into the property is a bumpy dirt road so we recommend rental of a SUV or 4-wheel drive vehicle.
No parties or events or unregistered guests. Whole property is no smoking. Animals are not permitted, this also includes service animals. We love our animals and appreciate the emotional benefit they provide to both human and animal, unfortunately HOA rules prohibit ANY animal on site, including service animals. Additionally the laws of Antigua and Barbuda do not mandate animals acceptance. Any guest contravening or attempting to contravene this rule will be denied entry with no refund.
Details of all guests to be provided at booking. Booking Form to be completed prior to arrival. Current ID document is required at check in as well as signing a rental agreement. Rental Agreement will be provided before booking so that guest can confirm and agree contents before booking.
Sales Tax or VAT at 17% is payable. Government Guest Levy of US$5 per person per night is payable on arrival.
Suites are generally set up for couples as each suite has a king size bed. One unit can be set up as two twins. Additional sleeping can be provided. Please make sure to speak with us before booking to make sure that we can meet your requirements.
Rate charged is based on occupancy of 10 persons. Based on the group requirements, additional persons will be charged an extra fee per person. No discount for less than 10 people but we may be able to offer you less suites thereby reducing cost. The remaining suites would be available to other guests. Please make sure to discuss your requirements with us before booking.
It is important to discuss your requirements with us before booking because suites may be rented individually, and so the whole property may not be available despite the appearance on the calendar. No booking will be accepted where guest has not reached out to us to confirm availability.
Security deposit of US$1500 is required to be paid on check in by way of credit card.
We have noticed that VRBO has placed traveling times to various places, these were not provided by us. We suggest that you add on a good 10 minutes or so to the traveling times given by VRBO as they do not realistic, unless of course you travel by helicopter :-).
