I am a Florida native but have lived in England and now reside in beautiful Evans, Georgia. I am a piano teacher (I teach out of my home). My husband and I love to host family.

Riverwood Plantation is a master planned neighborhood with amazing amenities including over 12 miles of walking trails, neighborhood pool, pond, and butterfly garden. The landscaping is always so beautiful. The neighborhood is well maintained and safe. It's in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery store.

What makes this property unique

Our house is situated on a street with no through traffic. Our backyard is wooded with no neighbors visibly behind us. We have a privacy fence in the backyard for extra privacy and safety. We are across the street from an open green space for picnics or activities for kids.
