One of the first houses built on the East side of Fishhook River. It is arguably the nicest lot on all of Fishhook River. 200 ft of clear shoreline with a large deck on the water and a dock! The Heartland Trail, convenient boat access into Fishhook lake and a 5 minute walk to Heartland Park starts here! Heartland Park amenities include tennis, frisbee golf course, pickle ball and basketball courts along with a large playground. Take off from the dock in a kayak, canoe or paddle boat (available for guests) and explore Fishhook River! Endless swimming to stay cool in the summer! Bring your boat and be on Fishhook lake within minutes. The property is about a 15-20 minute walk to Main Street where you can enjoy lots of shopping and a variety of dining options. Lots of summer fun starts here. Enjoy Park Rapids and all it has to offer! Spacious, updated and very clean house for multiple families if needed!

From Arizona and fell in love with this charming town of Park Rapids! Northern country feels and so many memories made! This water front is our getaway a few minutes from home. We hope our guests make the same memories and enjoy this vacation home the way that we do!
