Bring the whole family and your dogs to this great place with lots of room for fun. Living area is great for gatherings. Kitchen is fully loaded. Half bath and laundry room/Washer and Dryer. Upstairs is the large primary bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. Enjoy the large bathtub and you will like the walk-in closet. This room has a TV and exit to large balcony. Second bedroom has a queen adjustable bed, and 3rd bedroom with two twin beds. All the mattresses and hotel luxury sheets are new. With fun backyard and clean community swimming pool. Two car garage and 2 car slab parking. In an excellent location. Just 7 min to P83 with Peoria sports complex for spring training games, lots of restaurants, and Mall. Just 14 min to Westgate- with restaurants, Tanger Outlet Mall, State Farm Football Stadium, Topgolf, Concert, Casinos, and NASCAR.
