David and I are Buffalo natives, and we love everything about Buffalo! Within the past year, we moved to Colorado because of work. But we just could not part with our house! We love to ski/snowboard, golf, check out new places to eat, and go out on the lake to fish!

We really want to open our home to others who need a quiet place to stay while travel for work or finishing up school. This spot is a really great place to be.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is very family friendly. There are always people walking around with their dogs and catching up outside. We love that it is walking distance to Hertel Ave and even the Buffalo Zoo! If you prefer going downtown, it is only a 10-minute drive. It is a pretty central location as well. You are very close to Lake Erie, the Northtowns, and the Southtowns.

What makes this property unique

Our home has a lot of character. It is a barn style home with a bright red door, and a lot of charm on the inside. From the original hardwood floors to the French doors leading in the dining room, it definitely gives off a cozy feel.
