~~ Ski Leases / Winter Rentals ~~
Transportation - Tahoma gets significant amounts of snow, especially when compared to other areas of the lake. We highly recommend have a car with 4WD. For public transportation options, please search TART Tahoe.
Snow Plow - We have a flat driveway and a plow service when snowfall of 5 inches or more occurs. Additionally, at the end of the road is the city plow station. This is important to call out because it means our street is one of the first to get plowed each day.
Snow Shoveling - Due to heavy snow accumulation, only pathways will be cleared prior to your arrival. Please note, snowfall can continue to accumulate between when the shoveling service is completed and your arrival. While shoveling service is not provided mid-stay, we do provide shovels for your use. If heavy snowfall occurs during your stay and additional help is needed, please give us a call, and we may be able to arrange some assistance for an extra fee.
Wi-Fi outages do occur. If you have AT&T, the cell tower is right next to the house. It provides excellent signal and is a great backup option for Wi-Fi if you have hotspot accessibility on your phone.
