This property is 30 yards from the base of the Gondola and skiing. It is on the river and bike bath.

The Location of our property is perfect - sitting on the stream with views of the mountain, gondola, and Summit Express lift from the deck. We are 30 yards to the base of the gondola and skiing. The bridge out back takes you to River Run Village - only a 2-minute walk. There is also a shuttle that stops 50 yards from our door to take you anywhere in Summit County. There are lots of things to do within a very short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxtop and several great restaurants like Wolf Rock Tavern, The Spoon Bistro, Luigi’s or Kickapoo Tavern. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores, or go skating on the huge frozen lake. Don’t forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there’s also a tubing hill for fun.

The lodge itself has a pool with a slide, walk-up kiddy pool, playroom, theater room, two hot tubs, fire pit, grill, gym, pool table area, and steam shower. The entry is a two-story vault with a waterfall into a stream and a beautiful sitting area. The parking is heated and underground. The property and the location are perfect and unparalleled in Summit County.

Our property is set up as follows: A master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, and Flat Screen TV. The second bedroom has a private bath as well with a bunk bed queen over queen bunk with a twin trundle and a Flat-screen TV. There is also a queen Murphy bed in the living area. Ultimately our property sleeps 8 comfortably.

Unlike most properties on a rental program, our property is a home. The living room has a flat-screen TV and DVD Player. We stay in our property often and therefore it is well maintained, highly appointed, and extremely homey. We have created a home with all the luxuries and then some: coffee maker, ample William Sonoma dining ware, all the utensils, new furniture, paint, and carpet. You will feel at home and you will be happy.

Underground parking, access to the community pool, steps to the convenience store and liquor store restaurants in walking distance, also plenty of shopping at the front door make this a family fantasy location. The lodge has a gym, hot tub, and steam, and more. There are lots of things to do within a short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxspot to lots of great restaurants like Zuma Roadhouse, Kickapoo, Luigi's, Pizza on the Run, Paisano’s, and more. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores or go skating on the huge frozen lake (the largest nature lake that is manicured in North America) in the Lakeside Village. Don’t forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there’s also a tubing hill for fun. Welcome home.
