Best location in Sun Valley

Could not have had a better location. Easy check in, great hot tub, unit was a bit tight with 4 adults (two in the bunk beds) but that was to be expected. Would definitely stay again.

Getaway to beautiful Idaho

Going to Ketchum recreates my youth when I used to spend summers there as a child. The town has changed but still charming. This condo is in a perfect location and our stay was fantastic. My only complaint, the mattress needs to be replaced. It’s lumpy and sloped on the sides.

We usually go for hikes up the mountains and then enjoy the comforts if home in the evenings. Having a full kitchen is handy. We have always brought our dogs and there are plenty of places to take them. Pennay's is walking distance to town and the river.

Great property and location!

Cheri was kind enough to upgrade us to a one bedroom condo that had just been beautifully remodeled. The location was so close to the river you could hear it from the patio and there is a nice walking path adjacent to the property.

Ideal Location

Very comfortable place within a short walk/ski to the River Run gondola. Decor is a little dated but very clean with a fairly well equipped kitchen and super comfortable king bed. Great dog walking on a trail almost outside the door.and Ketchum has an awesome dog park that is about a 6-7 min drive away. Walk to restaurants in Ketchum. Would definitely stay here again.

The only negative is that the kitchen supplies, glasses, cooking utensils are a bit on the low side. Probable has to do with breakage or as my wife says people staying in multiple units may move stuff from one to the other and not return it, I know a minor complaint but we could not cook any pasta since there was not collander in our unitl

Awesome Location

If you love to ski, this is the place to stay. A very short walk to the River Run Plaza. The condo was just as advertised. Kitchen was a little lacking but the location made it great for easy access to Ketchum. Right adjacent to the Wood River Trail, it was pet friendly and worked really well for us. Would definitely stay there again.

We first came a year ago, and we knew what we were coming to. It is not a fancy hotel with spa and fancy amenities, but rather, a very comfortable, well maintained accommodation, with fabulous access to trails and skiing. Well equipped to cook and eat in; good place from which to walk up to town restaurants. Love it!

It is a 5 min walk to the base of the gondola, and 10 min to the downtown core. The only critique I can make is of the hot tub. The water looked a little off color during my stay (greenish). The hot tub was a main reason for selecting this property so I used it almost everyday despite the off color.

Freezer can make ice cubes almost faster than u need them. LOVE this place.
