Upon arrival, you may temporarily park your car in the valet parking ramp area while you get registered at front desk. Parking pass and resort pass will be provided upon registration.

Guest with a confirm reservation must provide right after booking the following info to the host to get registered with the building association:

For US & Canada residents
- ID picture of the person who's name the reservation has been made
- And ID picture of all the guests in the reservation to properly register them with your reservation.

Foe non US or Canada residents
- Passport picture of the person who's name the reservation has been made
- And Passport picture of all the guests in the reservation to properly register them with your reservation.

- No Smoking
- No pets are allowed
- No parties, no events.
- A replacement cost of $100 per each lost item (Latch key, fob, parking key) will be charge
- Only the number or guests on the reservation are allowed to stay over.
- Every guest must provide ID to grant acces to the building.
