Unobstructed ocean front view. Pool Bar and Marina Cafe. All new furniture, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen and bathrooms include new granite countertops and new cabinets. Italian tile installed throughout, as well as new tiled shower walls. New posturepedic King and Queen mattresses. New queen size posturepedic sleeper sofa. This VIP suite sleeps 6 people very comfortably.

Large LED T.V.'s with free WIFI and internet. X-Large Washer and Dryer, and Kitchen equipped with all of your cooking needs. New Hurricane Windows for safety and soundproofing.

Weekly, Monthly and Long-term Renters Welcome.

This ocean front suite is located on a 65 acre private resort. Ideally located near Marina, Clubhouse/Café, Private Beach, gazebo, boat ramp, newly renovated Jr. Olympic size pool and Hot Tub with food and liquor bar. Pool is heated and cooled. Other activities include lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, play ground, Tiki Huts, outdoor grills and pier fishing.

Guests may make reservations to bring their boat up to 28' in length. There is both Wet Slips and Trailer Parking. Fees do apply and vary upon season. Insurance and Registration is required in the name of the guest staying at the resort.

Great Condo and Amenities

First of all, communication with the own was easy. She responded quickly to questions and sent a comprehensive email prior to check-in on the process and places to go and things to do in the area. The condo was clean and stocked with the essentials to get us started. We stayed two weeks. The weather was 78-80 and the pool and beach were fantastic! There is a poolside bar and a bar/restaurant close to the condo. There are many other restaurants close by along with a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store. There are also plenty of things close by to do.We had a great time and enjoyed staying here!

Nice location but could use a good cleaning

I’m sure there is a cleaning service for this property. Maybe I’m too picky but when there’s greasy dust on the shutters of the kitchen closet and the tile grout is dirty I wonder about everything else. This was a very nice location for Seeing the sights. I just really can’t relax unless it’s clean. Also could use fresh paint.

Amazing spot in tavernier

This location is amazing. It's almost like having the resort accomodations. Great pool for the kids and cute beach area. I'm the center of many activities you can do in tavernier. Only a 2 hour drive to key west. We made one of our days for key west fun and still got back on time to enjoy the pool area.

Perfect Location in the Upper Keys

This is a great location in the upper keys. Condo was clean and had everything we needed; no doubt it’s one of the best locations on the property. We faced the ocean and were within very easy walking distance of the property’s pier and beach area. The pool is directly across from the condo and is very impressive. Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly.

Great unit overall. Notable issue was master bedroom shower head. Corrosion (calcium buildup) cause master bath shower to be mostly unusable. Not a water pressure issue as other bathroom shower was great at the same time.

Too many things to praise-- the condo is roomy and well maintained, the area surrounding it is stunnigly beautiful, the amenities on the developments' grounds, especially the huge swimming pool and hot tub, are beautifully maintained. The private beach and marina, like everything else in the development, are perfectly maintained and pleasing to the eye. I could go on and on,but, I'm sure by now, you get the picture. If ever we stay in the Key Largo area again, this condo will be our number 1 choice for quality lodging.

Clean and Beautiful

From check in to check out, Allyson was fantastic. We had a few questions which she quickly answered, and provided a nice list of town favorites to check out. We travelled with my son and wife for a quiet spring break adventure and this condo did not disappoint. We enjoyed the morning sunrises from the small but adequate porch. Pool facilities were clean and comfortable and the food truck (YoYo’s) was great to have by the pool for lunch or a snack. Great location and great hosts!! Thank you.

Quiet, nice property..recommend..and pool is nice

Nice property, could have been cleaned slightly better..some areas dusty. Wish there was a bucket and mop available..there was a huge storm while we were there and storm water came thru the patio doors. However, overall not bad. Highly recommend bug spray for the no see ums. Wish the balcony was bigger!

This apartment was wonderful! We loved all the space, it was so clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the small back porch, which overlooked the ocean. The location was so convenient for restaurants and activities. Everything was wonderful and we would stay here again, if we come back to the Keys.

Keys for Christmas

What an awesome little spot. This unit seems like the best location on the property, close to the beach, marina, and pool. Very quiet neighborhood location and perfect for a family getaway, but plenty to do for the kids and close to all the shops and restaurants if you want to venture out. We will be back for sure

Easy going and mellow experience

This property is clean, with modern appliances, comfortable furniture and all the conveniences. The owners have everything organized for you to start enjoying yourself quickly including tips for restaurants, etc. The private beach is quaint and pretty even though it is tiny. The pier offers a view of the sunset. The pool area is spacious and clean with plenty of chairs in sun and shade. We didn't have any experience with the boat launch or docking, but we did see the facilities that seem to be a big draw to this property. About the area. The Florida Keys have a variety of experiences. This property is well away from the hustle bustle. Key West is full of attractions, history, activities all in a small area. Plenty to do and see with traffic and crowds and hustle associated with tourist attractions. This property is 92 miles up from Key West and is easy going and quiet. Not nearly the traffic. If you're looking for entertainment that doesn't involve water sports, your choices in the immediate area are limited. The 2 hour drive to Key West isn't something you'll want to do often. Being from Illinois, we wanted to extend our summer and enjoy the warmth, pool, and local dining. It worked perfectly for that. The day trip to Key West gave us our attraction fix and was worth the drive. Tip...we avoided Key West on a day where a Cruise ship is docked there. The property is as advertised and we weren't alone in providing a 5 star rating.

This beautifully renovated, non-smoking suite is in a perfect location. Newly Renovated Hot Tub and Pool in February 2016. Travel south to explore all that the Keys have to offer. Travel North, to enjoy the night life and/or shopping of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Located in the center of the Fishing and Scuba Diving Capital of the World. You won't be caught in the typical 'Keys traffic Jam'. The suite is situated just north of where Oversee's Highway opens up to two lanes. No more being late for your flight.

What makes this property unique

We do NOT charge daily WIFI/Internet fees that the resort would charge.
Guests are allowed to bring a boat up to 28' long. These reservations must be made with the Marina directly. There is both Wet Slips and Parking for your trailer and boat. Fees do apply and vary depending upon season. Registration and Insurance are required in the name of the guest staying at the resort.
