This Beachy Bungalow is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom property - one master queen bedroom/bathroom suite with two spacious closets, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a twin bed and twin air mattress - that can be used in third bedroom or living room. The backyard is a string light oasis, with a 12 ft custom, natural wood table covered in outdoor candles with bench seating. A firepit to be lit with seating for 6, that doubles as a wood-fire grill. Corn hole to be played. And a fully fenced yard for mature approved pets.
Lastly, enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch at the small dinette, or in the rockers while you watch the Savannah Moss Trees sway, to kick-off each vacation day!

Just a quick 10-minute drive to downtown and 20 minutes to the beach, Thunderbolt is truly a hidden gem community in Savannah! Not only is the bungalow centrally located, but it is also walking distance from several local eateries including Tubby's Tank House, Erika Davis Lowcountry, Tortuga's, and Finches Sandwiches and Sundries. History buffs will love being a short drive from the famous Bonaventure Cemetary and Wormsloe Historic Site. For the nature enthusiasts, there is a canoe tour company close by on the Wilmington River.
We are about 20 minutes from the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible for getting around town for those that do not bring a car.
For those that do bring a car, we recommend you download the ParkSavannah app to easily pay for metered parking downtown and the ParkTYB app for Tybee Island.
EV owners - there is a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the driveway. Allows level 2 charging but you must have an adapter for your specific vehicle.
- Please thoroughly read the check-in instructions before entering the bungalow.
- Parking: We ask that guests use the driveway on the right side of the house for parking and not in the street or the grass. Three cars can comfortably fit in the driveway.
- Please lock the door whenever you leave the unit.
- No smoking of any kind or fireworks on the property. Violators are subject to a $500 fee.
-Pets are Welcome! - Policy: a maximum of 2, house-trained pets - Our Pet Fee covers your pet's stay, however, any damages from chewing, bathroom accidents, and/or any other pet related issues are subject to an additional Pet Incidentals Fee to cover repair/replacements needed at 100% of owner cost.
