Chic 2BR Condo | Near Botanical Gardens & UofA

Summary:
This beautiful two-story, 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo is here for you. Come in and make yourself at home! Just 7 minutes from the University of Arizona, and right by the Campbell strip, this condo is located in central Tucson. The condo provides a spacious living room, a large fully functioning kitchen, a washer and dryer, great natural light, and a fenced-in backyard. Located in a safe and maintained community that provides amenities like gas grills, a pool, and hot tub!

The Space:
The Mountain Condo is located within a quiet, well maintained complex. Inside on the bottom level there is a spacious living room with a 65-inch mounted TV, large, fully functioning kitchen, and a half bath. As well as a large sliding glass door which leads out to the fenced in back yard. An overall modern aesthetic with flairs of cozy farmhouse fill this space.

Upstairs we have the full bath, two spacious bedrooms, and a balcony! One room holds a queen sized bed, and the other has an additional full size bed, and a futon that can be easily converted to a bed as well!


The fenced in backyard has a gate that leads out to the pool area a large courtyard with grass, trees, gas grills, and tables! As well as a hot tub. These areas are maintained by condo staff. We are not responsible for the availability of these Amenities. The pool is not heated.

*there are 2 managers closets that are off limits, but extra closets are provided for guest use as well!

Guest Access:
We have no dedicated parking spot, but do have free standard parking around the complex in 3 different parking lots!

For larger vehicles and trailers there is an alleyway behind the complex where guests are welcome to park, however, we are not in control of how much space is available back there.

The condo is in the middle of the complex, and has a keypad which we will give you the code for near check in day!

The condo's fenced in back yard has a gate which leads out into the courtyard. There you can find the pool, hot tub, gas grills, and some tables and chairs!

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located within Central Tucson. One of the cross-roads has a large bike path that ends near the U of A.

We are 2.1 miles (about 6 minutes) away from the University of Arizona, 4.9 miles (about 14 minutes) away from the TCC, and 4.4 miles (about 12 minutes) from down town!
Here you’ll find three shopping centers within 0.7 miles. Five parks are within 2.2 miles, including Mitchell Park, Keeling Park, and La Madera Park.

Perfectly located for Tucson's vibrant January events! Just minutes away from top attractions like the Tucson Jazz Festival, Dillinger Days, and the Zoppé Family Circus. Getting Around:
We have free standard parking in the 3 adjacent parking lots connected to the complex!

Other Things to Note:
-There is no smoking allowed inside or directly around the condo. If smoking is detected there will be an upcharge for cleaning services.
-There is a ring doorbell, at the front entrance, that is used only in emergency situations.
-An additional camera facing the back gate, does not capture our personal backyard area. And is only used in case of emergency.
-Guests are fully responsible to compensate for any damages or missing items that occur during their stay.
-The pool is available until 10pm
-Some extras are inside like a small book library, and a board game cupboard!
