Our home provides ample space to enjoy with your loved ones, including a converted carport that is now used as a place to rest and rejuvenate in the outdoors.

Welcome to Chardonnay Chateau! We are centrally located between all Greenville has to offer while being a short 6-mile-drive to the neighboring town of Travelers Rest.

Parking can be found on our private driveway or on the neighborhood street. The driveway wraps around a large portion of the home and provides ample parking.
Once inside you will find:

-Living Room-
As you enter the front door, you will find yourself in the living room; perfect for chatting with those you love. It includes a large sectional sofa, 2 side tables, coffee table, floor lamp and a Smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services).

-Dining Room-
To the left of the foyer, you will find our formal dining room. Here you will find a modern marble table with 6 velvet chairs to sit in enjoy a meal together. There is one light fixture above the table, an area rug beneath the table, an art piece and a small table in the corner with a decorative picture frame.

-Kitchen-
Immediately off of the dining room area, you will find yourself in the kitchen area. Want to cook for your friends and family? No problem. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze. As you walk around, you’ll find a section of the counter top fully equipped with a coffee station.

Master Bedroom-
Walk down the hallway, and you’ll find the master bedroom. This room has a king size bed, two nightstands with reading lamps and a bench at the foot of the bed

-Attached bathroom-
Attached to the master bedroom, you will find a full bathroom. There is a single vanity, a toilet, and a gorgeous shower.

-Hall/Shared Bathroom-
When you exit the master bedroom, you’ll find a shared hallway bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, single vanity, and toilet.

-Second Bedroom-
Exiting the bathroom to your left, you will enter the king bedroom. This room has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, and 2 small reading lamps. This room also has a closet for your personal belongings.


-Outdoor Space-
Chardonnay Chateau has an incredible outdoor space. You’ll find a fully converted carport turned outdoor space. Here, you will find outdoor furniture that can seat 6 guests easily. Twinkle lights are lined on the roof and it sets the mood for beautiful evening conversations over a glass of Chardonnay :)

Guests have access to our entire home and yard, with the exception of a locked cleaning closet for our supplies and one extra room for storage which is locked off.

We are located in a neighborhood 3.5 miles from Downtown. While the neighborhood itself is walkable, you will need a car to get around the town. We recommend either renting a car or utilizing Uber and Lyft for a night out on the town.

We recommend bringing your own car or renting. Uber and Lyft are both great options for a responsible night on the town, and are inexpensive from this location.

Smoking is permitted outdoors provided that all exterior doors and windows are closed and butts are disposed of in a non-flammable container. Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
