Perfect

The location is absolutely perfect, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, close to everything you need. The house is stocked with everything to make a great vacation. The property manager is a gem, always available to answer questions and give recommendations. We will definitely be back

Beach Get Away

Perfect location to unwind after the holiday season. We enjoyed relaxing on the lounge chairs to watch the surf and sunset. Fun to hear the comments from the people on the Strand regarding the 90210 house.

Awesome Location! Rock Star!

Was so Nice to be right on the beach. Gary was an awesome host. Phone reception there is terrible. Wifi only works in spots. So plan to disconnect. We rented the top and bottom unit. Tv broken on top floor. He had direct tv on all TVs so was awesome! I plugged in roku stick to watch Sunday ticket football. We used his 3 bikes and boogie boards. So nice to have that!Plenty of dishes and towels and kitchen stuff. We used grill. Worked perfectly. We bought wood from nearby grocery and used outdoor firepit. Was awesome!!Manhatten is the closest pier. Cool houses up and down boardwalk. Uber and door dash without any issues. Want to go back. He has coolers sitting out on each level so no need to bring one if u want one. Beach Beach Beach! Friend rented middle unit and was just as nice. My preference is bottom unit, middle and top last if I had to choose just one. Thanks much!!

Great Place!

Beverly Hills 90210 was filmed here, and Shannon Doherty passed away during the week, so it was a momentous time to rent! The location is right on the Strand, perfect for walking on the beach and people watching. And the owner is very responsive!

Awesome location and great propwry

Everything was just as described. The property sits between manhattan and hermoa beaches. We had the ground floor unit. Right on the strand, 10 feet from the sand. Gary was very helpful. Well appointed with all you need. The public areas are shared but there is tons of space. Bikes and beach toys and chairs provided. Couldn’t recommend this spot anymore.

Fun place to stay

Great location...easy walk to Hermosa or Manhattan Beach. Enjoyed walking right out to beach or just lounging on chairs and watching the people go by.
