Ocean views! Relax in a quiet countryside setting, with only a few houses in view. This newer constructed (2011) home has a fully equipped kitchen with tile counter tops and oak cabinets, a large comfortable couch that re configures into a double bed, new queen sized beds, a living room futon, is fully air conditioned except for the bathroom and has a large living room, kitchen, and dining area(with table and seating for 6), plus two large ocean view sliding glass doors leading out to a small lanai with outdoor seating. Good WiFi, Sat TV and cell coverage. The isolated design, with separate entrances and parking locations make it likely you will forget there is another unit above. SUV rental available for $75/day 7 day minimum $100 refundable gas deposit. There is a $15/day/guest fee for over 1 guest which is automatically included in the pricing. PLEASE NOTE: There are three units available to rent on the property. If you would like to reserve more than one house at the same time, please complete a separate inquiry form for each of the properties. Boendet stämde inte med annonsen. Huset var dåligt underhållet. Uteplatsen saknade markis och utemöbler. Dörren till boendet var trasigt och gick inte att låsa vare sig från utsidan eller insidan. Belysning saknades helt i ett av sovrummen och hade endast en taklampa i det andra. Köket var dåligt utrustat, bla saknades glas.

Nice stay
I’ve stayed here in the past, so I knew what to expect for the most part. However, there hasn’t been any upgrades to the house since my last stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the living area was not working, and my shower had no head, so water just poured from the pipe. Honestly, it was better than having a head with terrible pressure. Other than this, the property and location was perfect for us.

Disapointed
I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately I can not. The sheets did not smell clean, the sliding door was broken so bugs came into the house, the Landlord said they would send the house keeper the next day, but never did. The location is very secluded so it was hard to get a taxi there without having to pay alot of money. The door to the bathroom was not shutting right and there was a bug light in one of tbe rooms, so all we heard was bugs getting zapped throughout the whole night. The couch had bugs on it and it smelled uncleaned. The 2nd day there there was a group of lansscapers there to mow and edge the lawn at 6am so we were woken up because of that. The stay was very disappointing.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Would never stay again.
There were many issues with this property. We booked last minute the day before our stay and it was literally the only property left on the island. When we arrived, the place was not cleaned. There were spots, dirt and crumbs on the floor. The kitchen counters had ants and ant traps on it. There were ants on the wall in the kitchen and dining area. The cabinets/ drawers were semi-functional. We opened the cabinet to pull out a cup and it had black mold in it. The majority of the pots were unusable as the Teflon had all been scratched off. There was a total of 2 spoons in the drawer for a house that states it accommodates up to 8. We put 4 people in the reservation but there were only 2 beach towels provided. We also had a hidden extra guest fee that was not clearly listed in the description added to the host fees- watch for that if booking… The beach “supplies” looked as though they were picked out of the trash. Only 2 were semi functional. The beach umbrella was busted and appeared to be 20+ years old. The only door to lock was a slider door and it did not properly lock and unable to lock from the inside. The bedroom windows were not able to close fully and the first night we had to get a lizard out of the house off the walls. The grill had garbage placed inside of it when we arrived. The second bedroom came equipped with an electric bug zapper and had about 50 dead bugs on the floor when we arrived. The living room couch was stained and dirty.

The property is beautiful! Not far from the beach, and we had complete peace and privacy. All 5 of our children loved the house which says a lot! It was clean and roomy. We cooked dinner comfortably. We’ll definitely rent this property again!

Great Getaway
We had a wonderful time at Lower Breezes & made it to a beach for every sunrise and sunset while there. The house was a great sanctuary for our explorations of Culebra, especially Zoni beach, but close enough to everything on this small island. Really good water pressure for satisfying hot showers too. On our last day, 3 deer came into the yard...

Peaceful and Beautiful
Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Rustic retreat with peace, quiet and great views. Perfect location to stay on the island. Highly recommend Zoni Breezes and Culebra. Tom is a great host. Ask about his vehicles for rent. They are older but much cheaper and perfect for beach hopping over a brand new Jeep.

Summer in January!
I loved this spot- in the "country" enough to be comfortable, feral chickens and horses all over.Private and secluded, NO NOISES from traffic! Our rental vehicle was a bit rough (but I have a farm and am accustomed to "not fancy. " )Everyone we met was helpful, understanding and accepting- it was a pleasure.

Property was great and Tom was a great host. Any issues I communicated and he would respond promptly. This is ideal if you want to be isolated and enjoy nature. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall a great experience . Would recommend to others

It was an overall good experience but I have some suggestions for the owner of the property. -needs a new sunbrella fabric couch, the current one attracts bugs (roaches) and is falling apart. -needs new sturdy kitchen pots and pans. -the sliding door needs to be fixed since we couldn’t lock it from the inside. -the grill needs a little upgrade We enjoyed watching movies and having a/c.

We had a great stay. It was so peaceful and quiet out in the countryside with the Zoni breezes for just the right temperature. The view from the patio was awesome! Tom and Joy were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great owner but house was not ready for us
Great owner, very friendly, respond quickly and provide good advice/recommendation. Only issue is that there was no bedsheets and towels for one of the bed, and no toilet paper. Getting this resolved was quite a struggle, involving messaging, whatsapp and email. Eventually the problem was solved by getting these items from another house (it was pouring rain....).

Beautiful view great location
We rented the lower Zoni Breeze with our 4 kids and had a wonderful week. Tom was great to work with and the property managers were also nice. Great location near Zoni beach and beautiful views. Ac works great but is a little loud in the bedrooms so bring earplugs if that bothers you. Large sectional Couch is really comfy but could use a shampoo- looks like people have eaten on the couch and dropped food. Nice clean place with good tile and great water pressure in the shower. the outdoor shower was a blessing- we used it everyday. We enjoyed the porch breezes and beautiful sunrises. I would stay here again. A bonus is the markets in town are better stocked than on our last visit and we did a lot of cooking at the house.

Nice House but needs a little TLC
Pros: beautiful view, A/C in every room, nice bathroom, big couch, microwave, washer and dryer, enough ceiling fans throughout the house, great communication between property manager and us, and love the amenities. The living room has glass sliding doors that lead to the front porch where there’s a nice outdoor setup to sit and relax. Cons: Refrigerator is run down, it kept leaking a pool of water on the kitchen floor and is very rusty; house had a few roaches and bugs but I guess that’s expected considering the location. Floor was a little dirty so we had to mop it down, couches are very old especially the futon.

Beautiful Country Setting
Beautiful view from the balcony. Located in exclusive area of Zone Beach of Culebra. The house consist of two independent apartments, lower level and upper level. The property have another house near the entrance gate.

This property is quiet and secluded with great ocean and mountain views. Its out in the quiet country with just a few neighbors who are fantastic people. Its a different world here, calm, peaceful, and beautiful. Nearby is Zoni Beach, just 3 minutes by vehicle.
