Luxury Chalet Vista - 4 Bedrooms /2 Baths - Relaxation at its Best

Our Chalet Vista is a year round relaxing retreat on a private 1.5 acre lot centrally located within 10 minutes to all the activities the area has to offer. Also the same distance away is are local necessities such as grocery stores and pharmacies liquor store and a vast selection of dining options. It is perched on a hill filled with lots of sunlight as it is south facing and away from the noise of the main resort.

We built the Vista with the family vacationer in mind, with a large entry way and 2 levels; one level with a TV/VCR and kids toys and the other for more sophisticated entertaining and relaxing by a wood burning fireplace! In the summer we also love to sit outside and roast marshmallows over the outdoor fireplace or relax and entertain in the bug-free screened in porch.

There are 4 bedrooms; each bedroom has a full size Queen pillow top mattress. There are 2 bathrooms with all linens and towels provided and cleaning included.

Lovely property!

Lovely space with an excellent set up - really enjoyed the outside patio to hang out in without dealing with mosquitoes. Loved the light coming through the windows. Excellent location if you like to rock climb. :)

We booked the property for our family of 5 (children 5, 3 and 1). We are very picky with properties, particularly with kids. This place was PERFECT. Fron a closet full of children's toys to the high chair and baby gate, to the layout of the house, it worked so well. We were as comfortable as we are in our own house. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Lastly, it was VERY clean, something I really appreciate and notice when I travel. Don't hesitate to book this property if you have children or a family that needs 4 bedrooms. It's beautiful.

Relaxation at its best

The property is amazingly comfortable. The layout is perfect for 2 families. 2 bedrooms and one washroom on each floor. two living room areas (one on main - more adult oriented and one at the walkout basement level - appropriated for children. Kitchen is fully equipped with newer fridge, range and dishwasher. All the cooking utensils, pots and pans, small appliances that you would need. All comfortable beds and lining provided. Plenty of blankets - we were never cold. Toys, pen pan crib, guard railings for the beds, high chair and buster for small children. Very good internet and cable TV Never needed to contact the hosts. Every attention to details here to make our stay memorable Thank you Sharon and Mike

Nous avons adoré le chalet Vista. Il était impeccable, super bien équipé et même, nous avons trouvé que les photos ne lui rendaient pas justice. Nous y étions vraiment bien pour notre fin de semaine en famille. De plus, c’était très baby-friendly avec chaise haute, barrière pour les marches, etc. Je le recommande sans hésiter! Great week at Chalet Vista!

My husband, our 2 kids, and my parents really enjoyed our stay at your property! The cottage is beautiful and had all necessary amenities ! We were very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Such an easy and close ride to Tremblant Village! The kids had a blast fishing off the dock, lots of fish in the lake to catch and throw back in! It should be noted that yes the dock/ water access is a short walk from the chalet, it is also down a steep slope in the forest, which isn't very accessible for anyone with mobility issues, and challenging for young kids. We really enjoyed our time at your cottage and would love to return again for a future vacation! Thank you!

Excellent stay in the spacious extremely well maintained cottage

I've seen my fair share of cottages but this one is outstanding: it is spacious, nicely designed and decorated and very well maintained - all little details are thought of and implemented to ensure convenience of the guests. The cottage has two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the walkout basement level (it wasn't clear from the description or the photos on vrbo) which makes it ideal for family reunions (like ours) or two families of friends. All beds are very comfortable and the bedding & towels are provided. There is also a pullout sofa in the leaving room on each level. The kitchen is equipped with all possible utilities and utensils - you don't need to bring anything from home (like knifes, cutting boards, pans, etc.). Overall it was an excellent stay and we are already talking about booking this cottage for next summer's reunion :) It is important to note that the cottage is NOT a water-front property. It takes about 10 min on unpaved path through the greenery to get to the lake. It wasn't an issue for us but could be an issue for people with limited mobility.

As a professional engineer and independant IT consultant we always felt we wanted to have an escape from the city and our careers and thus the reason we bulit the Vista. It is well situated with regards to local amenities yet far enough away to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet and tranquility of the woods !

Why they chose this property

We chose to build in this area since we were always visiting and staying with friends and family to ski and enjoy the area.

What makes this property unique

There are so many things we love to do when we are up at the chalet. We love walks or hikes in the woods in the fall as the leaves change colors, having a fire after a long day of skiing, tobogganing down our hill, listening to the bullfrogs in the evening from the screened in porch after a swim in the lake and hanging out at the dock, having an outdoor fire after a day at the beach to name a few!
