Relax and unwind in our newly remodeled space on a quiet street in Holly Hills, one of St. Louis City’s premier neighborhoods. Easy access to freeways and just minutes away from downtown, Busch Stadium, St. Louis Zoo and so many other St. Louis delights. We are just a few blocks from Carondelet Park, St. Louis' third largest park. Easy access to Carondelet’s boathouse, rec-center, pool, walking paths, tennis courts, ball fields, horseshoe pits and playgrounds.

The property is situated on a very quiet 1-way street, away from traffic and noise. The neighbors are super nice and there's a real sense of community and pride in the Holly Hills neighborhood.

Plenty of street parking. 2 minutes from I-55 which can take you south to I-270 or north to I-44 or I-70
No smoking inside. No additional guests that are not on the reservation without prior approval from the host. Any of these rules that are broken will result in a fine of $500.
