No Internet / No Television
This is a nice property,
When we arrived and settled on Thursday, we tried to watch tv but there was no connection, so we tried connecting to the internet, but the router listed on the paperwork didn't exist. I called the provided number and was told that no one was available to see to the problem and it would be tomorrow (Friday). A person did show up about 09:00 and told us the router was bad, so he was going to get another one. He returned with another router and told us it would be online when we got back so we went about our morning and returned around lunch time, the guy was gone. We turned on the tv and nothing, tried logging into the router, nothing. I called the provided number back and was told there was no one available to fix this. Our entire stay was without tv or internet. A day after we returned home I got an email from 'stayporter' saying thank you. I fired back saying how unhappry we were due to the poor service and suggested some sort of a refund. They asked in turn what I felt was a fair refund and I responded that 10% would be very fair coming in at $113, they counter offered at $50. I was like well you asked me what was fair, and I told you 10% and if they wouldn't meet this request just keep the dang $50. Me and my family will not ever book through VRBO again and we go to this place every year for vacation so just enjoy that $50 because it's the last penny you'll ever see from me and my family. I never heard back from this 'stayporter' again.
