. Leith Court Apartment #4 is a 1200sqft two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, located on the first floor (one above ground) of the east building of the Leith Court complex. An open plan kitchen and living area leads to to a spacious balcony with a spectacular ocean view. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, the master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. The apartment is non-smoking. Leith Court is a very popular and well kept beach front complex overlooking lower Worthing beach on the South Coast of Barbados. Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and the famous St. Lawrence Gap are all within easy walking distance. The complex has a shared pool, and an elevator. Beach access is direct from the garden and pool area. The pool area has sun lounges, shaded areas and some umbrellas.

We had a wonderful time at James' apartment and even though he wasn't there to welcome us, he made sure that we were well taken care of. Highly recommend the apartment which is exactly as described. A small tip would be to bring your earplugs as it can get noisy.
This stay was just wonderful. Leith Court is in walking distance to local shops, supermarkets and other beaches. I loved the unit and its ocean view. I loved the security of the property and the easy access to the beach. The place is clean and the grounds are well tended to.
James is a delight. He greeted me at the property and the info provided was detailed and helpful. James was also very responsive to any questions I had (and I didn't have many).
I recommend Leith Court highly and hope to book future stays there when visiting Barbados.
The condo at Leith Court, Worthing was wonderful! Great Location close to The St Lawrence Gap (restaurants, bars, nightlife), grocery stores, retail and restaurants.
The condo provided everything needed (except a blender) to cook and provide for yourself or group.
We appreciate how quickly the staff worked to restore the pool and property after the hurricane that swept the south coast just days before we arrived. The pool was amazing and the access to the beach provided great views of turtles and a place to walk on the sand each day.
Don't hesitate to book as this is the perfect location for visiting Barbados!

Excellent month in unit 4. Lots of turtles right outside every day. Always enough lounge chairs by pool. Unit was clean, well equipped and perfect for two couples. Property grounds well maintained. Lots of bars and restaurants to walk to. James met us on arrival and was always ready to answer any question. Fabulous overall.

Great location, super clean , right on the beach with grocery store across the street. Could watch sea turtle right from our balcony. Always able to get lawn chairs to enjoy the sun. The owner was very atentive and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and good amount of kitchen items for cooking. It was located in a good spot with 2 grocery stores and restaurants close by.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The property listing is very accurate, it is right on the beach, big supermarket just over the road and St Lawrence Gap just an eight minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. James is an excellent host.

The location is perfect. The gap is only ten minutes walk away and there are bars and restaurants nearby too as well as a supermarket and food court over the road.
The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The beach directly in front of the apartment is very quiet and feels almost private. The beaches to either side are busier and have lively beach bars.
We saw turtles every day in the sea from the balcony and were lucky enough to even see a turtle come onto the beach to lay eggs.
James responded pretty much immediately to any questions we had and is an easy going guy and very easy to communicate with.
We were both so sad to leave and wish we had booked to stay longer.
Bring essentials with you like coffee and cereals etc as the supermarket is very expensive.
The location is amazing, everything you could want is at your door (including the sea!). Got to swim with turtles right out the door, pool was great on days the sea was rough. Property is well maintained, the bed is comfortable, great water pressure. James was very accommodating to my work from home needs, provided a desk space and secondary WiFi router. Desiree came once a week to tidy up and is a delight also! You'll be hard pressed to find better at such a great price.
This place literally has everything you could possibly want. It’s on the beach plus if you were like me and you’re not a big fan of sand it also has a pool. It literally has everything for everyone. Supermarket across the street places to eat around the corner. I try to get to Barbadoes every couple of years. I will probably be staying here every time I come visit from now on.

Barbados expensive relative to other more interesting destinations.
The best thing about the apartment is the stunning view. The balcony is a large size with plenty of seating. The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. It is well situated with a supermarket directly across the main road. Also across the road is Worthing Square where you will find a range of food trucks which offer a variety of food choices. Not far away is St Lawrence Gap which has a selection of bars/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.
James was a great host. The apartment has everything you need. The sea view is amazing and the location couldn't be better! I would definetly recomend this property.
We just completed an amazing month in beautiful Barbados. The condo is pretty much what you see online. James (owner) was very easy to reach at all times. He also greeted us on arrival. Watching the turtles daily from the deck was amazing. The grounds are lovely (could use a few more umbrellas) the pool is great. 2 beaches within walking distance Worthing & Accura. 5 to 10 minute walk. Shopping & Worthing Court across the street. A bit loud at night due to being on a main road way, but most ocean fronts are also on the main road ways. We left windows open and slept listening to that wonderful ocean. Miss it all already, see you next year.
We have stayed at Leith Court a number of times but this was the first time at James' apartment. He was there to meet us (despite our plane arriving late) and was easily contacted at any time and has a wealth of knowledge about the island.
Leith Court is in an enviable position, on a beautiful beach and close to bars and restaurants in both directions along the road. Yes there is some road noise but that is pretty much the case for any beachfront property and it didn't bother us at all.
The apartment was clean and relaxing. We especially liked the sliding balcony doors and bug screen, which other apartments don't have. It is also simply, but nicely furnished with little touches like paintings and ceramics. Ingrid cleans each week and changes towels and bed linen.
The views from the balcony are gorgeous: sunsets are glorious and during the heat of the afternoon we sat with a run and coke and watched the turtles mooching about.
The kitchen is well equipped with excellent appliances and the beds are very comfortable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks and would definitely try and book there again in the future.
The apartment was exactly, perhaps even better than expected. We are home after a fantastic month (and a few extra days thanks to Westjet cancellation) at #4 Leith Court. I'm going to miss my morning coffee on the deck, watching the sea turtles and taking an early morning bath and beach walk in the clear Caribbean waters. The pool is well kept and a real treat to come home to after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect for getting around without a car to grocery stores, several beaches, and bus stops right outside the door to get around the island. Restaurant choices are plentiful and easy to get to. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well equipped for self-catering and the in suite laundry a bonus. There is some noise coming from the road but that added to the flavour of Barbados for us. I’d re-book in a heartbeat.
I visit Barbados often and Leigh Court is the best location ever. You cannot go wrong with a great host (thank you James), lovely apartment with everything you need to make yourself at home, AND be right on the beach.

We had a great time. Furnishings a little dated but everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Easy and responsive communication with owner. Noise from road was a little disturbing at times but location was great and wouldn't put us off coming again. The biggest nuisance was the lack of sun beds and umbrellas which we found frustrating. It was a daily hassle trying to source somewhere to relax other than on the balcony as definitely not enough seating offered by the pool/garden. This is not what you want to battle with while enjoying a relaxing holiday. All sunbeds were usually taken up by 6am with towels people had left and although asked not to do this, it was ignored and done daily. There simply aren't enough sunbeds to go round. Would definitely recommend this issue should be addressed as present set up is the only irritation for an otherwise pleasant and positive stay. Would happily recommend.
This is an amazing apartment, stocked with everything needed for a lovely get away. The apartment was clean as was the bed, laundry and appliances.
Having the pool in the garden was wonderful and when the tide was out, being able to access the beach and sea was sublime.
James was a great host, checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us, we had a lovely time, went home relaxed and brown 😂
I would definitely stay at this property again. It was very spacious, and clean with a breathtaking ocean view and the owner was friendly and responsive to the one minor issue we had. The housekeeper was also friendly and did a very thorough job cleaning.
The location was perfect; steps to the beach and just feet away from the supermarket, bars, restaurants, and transportation. I am from Barbados originally and travel there at least every two years. I hope to be able to stay at this property going forward.
