Located only 1 and a half hours from New York City, come get away for a weekend or stay an entire week.

Nestled in Saw Creek Estates you will have access to all the available amenities: Tennis & volleyball courts, walking trails, lake swimming, access to 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, fitness center, basketball, baseball and your very own ski slope right inside the community. Amenity passes are $20 per person per day / $50 per 7 day week. You'll also have your very own restaurant 'Top of the World' down the road. Bushkill falls, Shawnee ski and snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive with Camelback ski/water park resort only 35 minutes away.

The house is perfectly sized for any group large or small. Enough space to spread out and separate groups, or join in the fun together. The large fully equipped kitchen holds a breakfast bar, microwave, coffee maker and stainless steel appliances and wraps around to join both the dining and living room areas with a wood burning fireplace. You'll be able to enjoy the fire while you dine.

A connected all season room is packed with windows for year round enjoyment no matter what the weather. Brand new 46' and 60' LED tv's are fitted with HD cable and streaming movie services as well as surround sound and DVD/Blu Ray players for the large movie collection on hand. Wifi throughout makes sure you're away from home but not out of touch.

The cabin like lower level boasts two couches, a full size pool table/ping pong table, dart board, separate bathroom, laundry room, plenty of board games and a wood burning stove everyone can enjoy.

The larger of the two outdoor decks hold a gas barbecue grill and two outdoor tables, there's seating for the entire group.

Our group of 10 loved staying here! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having a hot tub and fire pit was great and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing! The host was very responsive and helpful

A fun Ski weekend

My 2 sisters & I took our kids on their first ski weekend! The house was spacious, clean and perfect- the community offered a lot of amenities and it was a 15 minute drive to Shawnee Mt. After a long day of skiing, the kids loved relaxing in the hot tub before dinner! A great weekend!

Winter family trip

I cannot express my gratitude to the homeowners for their quick responses, detailed emails and check-in instructions and their overall consideration for guests. The property is beautifully kept and had more than enough room for a few more than the 14 family members ranging from 9-62 that we roomed with. The jacuzzi on a cold mountain night was excellent. The kitchen is newly renovated and modern. The washer and dryer were very helpful.

Our family stayed a week in August and the house is beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and plenty of room for a large family, the house has a large open concept feel. It has a very large deck and if you like to look at the stars at night it was nice to sit outside on the deck and do that. The hot tub was the best part for me so nice to soak in after hiking and canoeing all day! We went hiking at Bushkill Falls which is about 10 minutes from the house, my daughter and niece went to Kalahari Resort Indoor Water Park for the day and it was about 45 min drive and a food store and liquor store only a 10 minute drive so a lot to do near the house. The only piece of advice I would give is just make sure the day of your arrival double check with the owners to make sure your name is in the system before arriving at the front gate. We had a little issue there but after calling Brian the owner it only took 10 minutes to fix and we were in. Overall we had a great time and I would rent this house again.

Great family reunion stay

Great house for our family reunion. The deck was great for sipping on coffee in the morning or family meals with the dogs hanging out nearby. Some of the furniture was newer than pictured so we were pleasantly surprised. Host was very responsive and even helped find and ship our uncle's ipad and reading glasses that were left behind.

A Cabin Adventure for All

Absolutely fantastic stay. First and foremost, credit to Vincenzo and Brian who were great hosts and in constant communication with us for any questions we had. Second, the space is just grand. A ton of room for my friends and I to spread out, but also have big dinner together or grill or just spend a night in front of the fire sharing stories. The property itself has a ton of things to do, we spent an afternoon at the pool, used the fitness center and just walked around. Seriously recommend the place.

Perfect mountain vacation

We arrived to find the house in perfect clean condition, updated and fully functional. The house is huge. We had plenty of space for 13 and 2 dogs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group. We didn’t take advantage of the community amenities but they are plentiful. Highly recommend this house. Owners communication is outstanding.

A lovely stay even with the hiccups

The beds were wonderful! The property was clean inside. It was easy to get into. It was a beautiful setting. The downside was that the hot tub was dirty and so was the gas grill. We even had a fire in the gray gas grill That required a fire extinguisher. So some attention to external details was missing. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Comfortable cabin

The cabin was dated but comfortable, which was good for our group. Plenty of space for larger groups. We booked in Saw Creek specifically for the amenities. We were disappointed that the amenities were either not open or a hassle to use. Kitchen, games and DVD collection are well stocked.

Family Vacation

I stayed here with my large family for a long weekend and the house was great for a large group. We had some difficulty checking in at the main gate (an issue on the community’s end) and Vincenzo was very responsive in helping us get it resolved. The outdoor space-yard, deck and fire pit were wonderful for hanging out and there are lots of activities nearby. We hope to come here again next year!

Family summer retreat

Great place for a family trip. With the amenities passes, we were able to spend time at the pool during the day and then come back and enjoy the fire pit and hot tub in the evening. Was worried upom arrival that the AC units were individual/portable units, but kept the house adequately cooled for the whole stay. Had to call host with some questions at arrival and he was very helpful and easy to reach. Minimal cell service but wifi works In the main parts of the house so not an issue. Had an very enjoyable stay.

Kayak Trip

We do a yearly kayak trip, this year we had 13 adults. This place was PERFECT for that many people. Honestly you could definitely fit a couple more and everybody still had plenty of space. No one was on top of each other. We weren't sure what all kitchen supplies they would have so we brought some, and there was no need to. They had pretty much everything you would need. (Blender, Coffee Maker, Spatulas, Spoons, Mixing Bowls, Strainers, etc.) Everything worked as well, nothing was malfunctioning. Will definitely be booking this house again for next year. It was perfect for our needs.

Good Pocono getaway

Nice house for a Pocono getaway. Super convenient to Kayaking and Hiking at the Gap. We had some problems off the bat, hot tub was not ready, check in with security was not ready. Once settled we were fine. The house has a nice fire pit, the game room needed updating (worn darts/pool cues/pong table). The weather wasn’t very hot, but the ac units struggled to keep up with the heat, some werent working at all. Overall we had a good time, but some improved oversight here would definitely go a long way.

Guys weekend

We are a group of 11 who work together. This was the first time we have done this and needless to say we are making it a yearly trip! We had a blast the houze and property were exactly what we all needed. Check in was a breeze. Leaving was the hard part. Fantastic weekend and we didnt leave once!

Most memorable weekend... ever!

I simply cannot say enough good things about this property. We planned a 60th birthday getaway for my sister with a surprise party. There was ample room indoors and out for all to enjoy themselves, activities to occupy us, and fantastic amenities. Vincenzo was very responsive, flexible, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. We had 8 of us who stayed the weekend. However, for just the party, we had an additional 6 guests (at no additional cost). The extra parking availability was perfect with room for at least 10-12 cars! Vincenzo, thank you so much for helping to make this special event one of our most memorable times together!

Nice getaway

From the beginning til the end, Vincenzo were very helpful and super nice. Easy to communicate and he replies to my questions right away. The place/house is beautiful..super clean. My friends and I loved the place and we actually all wished we could have stay for one more day. Its complete with kitchen Utensils so it made our cooking very easy. The place is very beautiful and peaceful, and we feel extra safe because its a gated community. Definitely will be staying here again in the future and I highly recommended this place.
