Lots of room inside and outside. Comfortable bed. Super quiet! Lots of hot water in shower. Good size living room with TV to watch in the evening. Easy road access to the best mountain and dessert hiking

Amenities lacking
This location has the potential to be a very nice rental. It is in a good location, has comfortable beds, and plenty of indoor space, a good tv and a new microwave. However there are many amenities that we felt should have been included. There was not a hair dryer or any shampoo or soap for the shower. The coffee cups did not fit under the coffee maker. The beds were queen size or smaller and the pillows were decorative shams with no regular pillows to sleep on. There was minimal furniture, no bedside table or lamp in the 2nd bedroom. There was place settings for four people but no wine glasses or a corkscrew. We texted the owner the first day letting them know of our concerns, their response was basically, thanks for letting us know.Clothes from past guests left in draws. Outback of the house there was beer cans and trash. Very dated and worn out bathroom fixtures and sinks. And, lastly next door neighbors dogs barked all night. Again, it has great potential but needs some TLC and attention to details. The past rating at 6/10 our correct. The 10/10 ratings, we believe, are either relatives or in experienced travelers.Yours, Bill and Marge
The casita was mostly as expected, but could be so much better with a few upgrades, repairs, and extra touches. Pluses: nice location in desert, washer/ dryer, plenty of space, full kitchen, good parking, HVAC worked well, ceiling fan in one bedroom, closet space. Minuses: there are not 2 queens- there's a queen bed and a full bed. Cigarette butts in front yard, switches/ light bulbs need repair, mold in shower, dirty dish sponge and silverware, hand soap wasn't filled, not enough toilet paper, dogs barking nearby 2/4 nights we were there. The property has great potential, but needs TLC.
Cool location in Tucson tucked away from everything. Upon arrival there was no toliet paper anywhere in the house so i had to travel 10 minutes each way to target to buy some. The listing stated it supplied towels and there was three small thin towels. The kitchen sink smelled absolutely horrible. Could hear dogs barking all night (not coyotes, they where dogs) so that wasnt peaceful. I would not stay here again.
As advertised, it was secluded and quiet. We never heard any traffic or other noise during any of the five nights we stayed. It is a clean, comfortable little casita with everything we needed to relax and unwind during our visit. I would recommend it for those who want to stay out away from the hustle and bustle of town.
Simply beautiful area. The house was clean and we had all the essentials we needed. We will definitely revisit when we go to our next concert at AVA. Thank you ☺️
Great house for our small group who came to Tucson to visit Tucson Mountain Park and the Sonoran desert museum while still having access to the city. House was clean and owners were quick to respond to our questions! We will definitely return when we are back in Tucson! Thank you!
If you have a chance to stay here, you won’t regret it. It’s quiet, clean and thought of every detail.
We enjoyed our short stay so much, this will be the only place we’ll stay!!
Absolutely stunning scenery!!
We were visiting friends and they did not have enough room for us. So instead of getting a hotel room we booked this place for cheaper than what a hotel would have been and it was nicer, had more amenities and was quieter than a hotel room.
The house was charming, spotless, and the perfect location for visiting my family. The owners were very responsive and kind. I will definitely book this property again on my next visit to Tucson!
The house was homie . The house could use more big bath towels and dish towels. The TV in the bedroom behind the living room does not work well. Would shut itself of right in the middle of the program you were watching. Hard to even turn on most of the time. We would stay there again with no hesitation! Have given your information already to two other parties. Thank you, Ann, Rosie and Emma the 3 sister's trip !
This stay was perfect for what I needed. The location to shopping and food was within 6 miles. House was clean and excellent communication with property management.
The house was clean and in nice location. The size was perfect for me and my wife. it was just outside the city, but close enough to restaurants and stores. Nicely lit outside and private. Views were clear and noise was minimal. Good internet and nice kitchen. Bathroom was good. Could use some better or easier to use light switches, but beyond that was nice place to return to after a long day of sight seeing.
