This two-story townhouse is located in Rendezvous, a subdivision that sits adjacent to the Fraser River Trail. Downtown Fraser, where you'll find the tubing hill and an assortment of restaurants, shops, and services, is two miles north. Winter Park Resort is four miles south, home to 28 lifts and 171 trails across 3,081 acres. No matter which adventures you choose, you'll come and go with ease thanks to the private one-car garage (with one additional parking space).

Step inside to find a living space full of sunlight, with the view of the mountains and valley framed by rear glass doors. The polish of new construction is apparent at every turn - from the openness of the living and dining space to the sleek kitchen with its new stainless steel appliances (including a dual oven).

After a day spent skiing or hiking, return home to unwind by the gas fireplace in the living room, stream movies in the den downstairs, or soothe any tiredness in the bubbling hot tub on the lower deck. Spend summer evenings on the upper deck, flipping steaks on the gas grill and dining alfresco at golden hour. At night, leave the day's clothes to refresh in the washer/dryer and retire to three comfortable bedrooms - each paired with a full bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
