Welcome to your vacation at the Blue House! This 4 bed, 3 bath home is newly updated in 2023 with kitchen upgrades and all newly renovated bathrooms. Enjoy a short 2 minute walk to the beach, as this home is located 3 houses back from the beach. A brand new Hot Tub has just been installed in the back deck. Relax on the front porch swing catching those ocean breezes and evening sunsets. BBQ on the back deck with propane grill and tiki bar.

On the interior of the home you will two separate living spaces. The upper level includes a comfortable living space, well-stocked kitchen, and dining room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. The additional two rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen, share a full bathroom. The lower level is a guest suite featuring a kitchenette, den area with large TV, and stacked washer/dryer. There is a bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom.

This home is located at 5 25th Avenue on beautiful Isle of Palms, South Carolina. The area has lots to offer with IOP recreational department just two blocks away, including playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, and pickleball. Front beach has tons of restaurants and shops. Spend your vacation relaxing or exploring at this island home.
