Living room and kitchen area great for family interaction. Half of the bedrooms were cold and no thermostat controls that worked. Learned late in our stay that thermostat control is remote. Some kitchen supplies were missing. Needs more accurate information .

Unique adobe home
The space was good for a large family. Play area was a great place for young ones. The back patio was very enjoyable with a working grill and fire pit. The closeness to the Broadmoor was a plus. The busy street was little much with some traffic noise at night. The casita was a fun spot. The upper bedroom with the room a/c did the trick but was a bit noisy. The most troublesome part was the poor communication and execution on issues we encountered - garage full of trash took several days to resolve and multiple pleas for assistance; needed light bulbs for bedroom- sent wrong size and never addressed this; recycling can taken and not returned.

Good location!
This house is in a great location and walking distance to the Broadmoor. It's a little quirky but has a lot of potential. Portions of the home are really beautiful. It was listed as a 4 bathroom house when I booked it. When I notified the property manager that one of the shower/bathtubs wasn't hooked up I was told they updated the listing to a 3 bathroom house. However, it was listed as a 4 bathroom house up until our arrival and I wasn't offered any compensation when I requested it. There is also no working heat/air conditioning in the master bedroom/bathroom portion of the house and none of the beautiful indoor fireplaces are usable. A few repairs and TLC would make this house top notch.
