This ground floor condo is in a complex that is nestled in the prime area between the Scottsdale greenbelt (with its gorgeous lakes and parks) and the Arizona canal trail; both about a .25 mile away. Walk or bike to either and be in fashion square or old town Scottsdale in minutes (1.5 miles) or scoot around the corner on Mcdonald to Scottsdale road for the many restaurants, boutiques, spas and antique stores at Lincoln square.

One of the two spas and pools in the complex sits off the front patio of this roomy 1400 sq ft 3 bedroom condo with two designated parking spots (one covered and one uncovered). Leave your car and hop on the free Scottsdale trolley which stops steps from your door or better yet use the 2 condo-provided cruisers (26 inch full size with adjustable seat).

Maybe you'd prefer to “laze the day away” sitting on one of your two patios sipping a cool drink poolside or lay back in one of the four recliners in the living room and watch a movie on the large screen flat panel TV.

If golf is your hobby of choice, then you'll enjoy the Scottsdale Silverado public golf course which you can walk to a block away...its a wonderful golf experience at an affordable price! For those into hiking or mountain biking, North Mountain, South Moutain and Papago Park (red rock beauty with the Phoenix zoo and botanical gardens enclosed) are minutes away by car and have MANY hiking and mountain biking options.

Great location
Roomy condo in a convenient location. Not as well stocked as other VRBOs we have stayed in (we bought extra hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap). We only ate breakfast at condo so did not cook meals. Not much in the way of basic spices, olive oil, etc. Well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. though. Also very well stocked with towels and extra sheets. We found that our towels did not dry well, so were grateful for the extras.

Nice accommodations, walking path is very close, can also walk to some retail stores as well. Nice patios to enjoy crisp morning and afternoon sun. Two grandchildren came for a few days and they loved the pool.

Wonderful Stay An Alternative To Florida
The location is simply outstanding for anyone active. An easy walk to Old Town, twenty minutes from the airport, and 315 miles of walking and bicycle trails adjacent . We have booked the very same dates for 2022.

The condo has everything you need in it, and the location is great,The owner is very easy to work with. Awesome Property!
My girlfriends and I stayed here for the summer and cannot say enough amazing things about this property. The property owner is super fast with responses and made the stay so easy. You cannot beat the location, overall we highly recommend this property!

Best place in 5 years
We have been coming to Sottsdale for 4-6 weeks the last 5 years. This condo was by far our favorite. The facilities were excellent for our needs and the location is 5 star rated. Our hosts were fantastic to deal with and assisted in every way during our stay. The only negative was the pools, only one in operation. But that wasn't too bad cause I enjoy early morning pool cleaning activities. Highly recommended!

Really nice property close to old town.
Loved the comfy beds, the shower in the master was great really good water pressure. The cruiser bikes provided were a bonus, we hardly used the rental car! WIFI was fast and reliable, 3D tv with all the movie channels was awesome for movie nights. We really enjoyed being near old town and also having grocery stores and stuff close by. Lana and Joe were really easy to deal with and made our stay a pleasure.

Wonderful location
This is an older, quaint condo complex. The unit is in a back corner, surroundered by trees. In January/February it is cool and dark. There is some street noise (from McDonald and 78th St), and from the older HVAC and the neighbor’s dog. The washer/dryer is ackward in the guest bathroom closet with sliding doors. But the bathrooms are updated, the condo is clean and bed is oh, so comfortable!

Great Location
We really enjoyed our time in Scottsdale. This place is in a perfect location. It is such a nice bonus to have those bikes to get around on. There are endless miles of paved bike trails through parks and along canals. As far as accommodations go we found the place very comfortable, very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom very spacious. The condo is very well equipped with a big screen tv and lots of channels. The pool area is beautiful and the landscaping is also beautiful. The condo has two patios, so one is always in sun and one is in the shade. There is just so much to do in this area and everything including the airport is very easy to get to. You must do the trolley food tour and the musical instrument museum. I would definitely recommend this place and Lana and Joe were very accommodating. They are fabulous owners to deal with.

The pictures are true! This unit is renovated, beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate! Lana and Joe were great and quickly answered every question we had. We stayed here almost two months and didn’t want to leave. The linens are some of the softest I’ve ever felt and the beds were very comfortable. The internet worked well, although I can’t comment on the TV services; we never turned them on. Lana and Joe thought of everything: pots, pans, dishes, flashlights, tape, novels, even...the things you never think about. One of my concerns as a guy over 6 ft and a bigger guy was the shower. The walk in shower was roomy and the shower head was high although there’s a handheld anyway. I wasn’t sure if I would add this to my review but...as a black professional who travels, I have a hard time renting. Scottsdale was no different. I don’t know if it is because I’m black (yes I do) but when I sent Lana a pic of me with my ID, she approved me within minutes. I appreciated the whole stay and Rebecca (cleaning service) made the house look as new as when we moved in when we got a cleaning midway through. Can’t say enough about this stay!

Amazing stay.. Again
This would be our second, month long stay in this condo, two years running. From beginning to end Lana is amazing! For years(15) we have been flying from Ireland to Scottsdale to stay for a months vacation, we found this condo last year and we fell in love with it! Everything about this condo is perfect! The photos do not do It justice! The free shuttle is perfect for those days/nights that you don't want to drive and takes you right in to the heart of everything! The condo itself is in a great location, the neighbours are great and it is so spacious yet cosy at the same time. I could talk about this place for days but you really have I experience it for yourself. Once again Lana has been so great and made everything so easy! And I hope to be chatting to you in the new year to book this place again <3

EXCELLENT!!
My wife and I stayed at Lana and Joe's Condo during the Month of May. The other positive reviews on this Condo are absolutely correct. Lana was a pleasure to deal with and she answered all my questions regarding the Condo and the surrounding Area. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The furniture and Beds were very comfortable(Wow). The Condo is ideally located for golfing, old town, restaurants, walking and riding the bikes. We loved having the bikes available for our use. We had a lot of fun with those riding along the canal and to old town. The pools were awesome! We felt very secure during our entire stay at the Condo and Scottsdale in general. We typically go to Florida and Myrtle Beach but we really enjoyed our Vacation and loved Scottsdale. We also had a fun day at Tombstone and Sedona. Thank you very much Lana and Joe!! Perfect
Very nice, comfortable condo. Modern and nicely decorated. Lovely front porch that is in a courtyard facing a pool and hot tub. The grapefruit tree in the courtyard had the most delicious ripe grapefruits that we picked had every morning! A new experience for New Englanders. The owner always available and friendly.

Just an amazing place
Wonderful condo. It couldn't have been in a better location. Owners were great and all instructions were easy and very clear. The condo was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The condo complex was very quiet and private. The bikes were so awesome. I must have put 50 miles on one of them. I wish I could have stayed longer. I didn't want to go home. I'd buy the unit it if it ever came up for sale...that's how nice it was. 😃 Thank you, Lana!

Excellent stay at stunning property
From start to finish dealing with Lana was a pleasure. Very easy to talk to and every thing went smoothly from our first email. Genuinely gorgeous condo, spacious and homely. I booked the condo for family for a 40th wedding anniversary surprise and they loved every minute of their stay, having two children with our party was no problem for Lana and they thoroughly enjoyed the pool and bikes provided. when myself and my partner came to visit we loved the shuttle bus! It stopped right at the back door and took us anywhere we wanted right up till 11.30 pm. I got a thank you email from my family members staying in the condo, this is what it said " Condo was superb! everything you could ever wish for, home from home. It was beautifully appointed and really spacious. The pool was seconds from our door. It was easily accessible to Old Town Scottsdale via the free trolley bus. Many evenings were spent going for walks or long bike rides. LOVE LOVE LOVE this vacation!!! Can't wait to return!!!! ..... I think by these reviews its easy to see that this condo is a great pick and I urge any one thinking of this condo to go for it! you will not be disappointed! Natasha Coyle

Comfy Clean Condo
Firstly I would like to say that booking this condo was one of the more simple bookings I have made. Lana made the booking a breeze and kept in contact with me giving me peace of mind. Lana answered all my questions in a very timely manner. We arrived to an very clean condo. Everything was clean, tidy and the instructions for the condo use was very clear. The master bed was very comfortable, mattress was amazing with great sheets. The room stayed nice and dark and cool for sleeping. Tons of closet space and hangers. No problem putting everything away. The second bedroom is also very comfortable great for sleeping, nice and dark. We all felt like we didn't need the noise machines at all as we didn't even notice the traffic noise. We didn't use the 3rd bedroom so I couldn't comment on comfort of bed. Living room couches were very comfy and it was great to watch tv or movies. The cable package was perfect and what a bonus that the cable also had a PVR to record shows and not watch commercials!!! Also was able to connect to our Netflix account with no problem. Wifi was very easy to set up and great connection. The one draw back to the condo is the pool and hot tub now have pool covers on them. I do think it is a great idea to keep the heat in when it gets so cool at night. However the cover for the hot tub is like trying to do a puzzle trying to get it back on. Just a note make sure you pull it off so its easy to put back. The pool cover is on a roller but its not anchored very well and rolling and unrolling it with one person is difficult but not impossible. I asked some of the older people by the pool if they unrolled the cover but they said no its too heavy for them they just hope someone else comes to use pool. I do think the covers are needed but maybe a better roller would work better for the people alone or not strong enough to do it. I always had a thought that if I rolled to hard on one side the whole roller would fall into the pool, then I'm hooped! But that was such a small problem for a wonderful condo. I would not hesitate to rent here again. We also used the free trolley to get to Old Scottsdale which is really close. Also to show you just how on top of her rental properties Lena is we left the condo at about 9am and by 11am she was emailing me thanking me for looking after the condo and she had already refunded our damage deposit.

Very Good and great stay
The condo was very clean and comfortable as well as being great. What we especially liked was the friendliness and concern for Lana and Joe about our comfort. We enjoyed the bicycles, because there are beautiful bike paths in Scottsdale. If possible, we will not hesitate to return to this condo.

Great Location in Quiet complex
The unit was clean and the showers were great! We felt the furniture was very comfortable and the unit was well supplied! I would definitely rent this unit again! We had the pool completely to ourselves the whole time we were there!
