David is a long time resident of the Broadmoor area and owns several properties that he manages in the area. He is an avid tennis and pickleball player and enjoys his time with wife and tennis partner Karen, who is the Director of Raquet Sports at the Broadmoor resort.

Perhaps one of the most historic and classical neighborhoods in Colorado, the Broadmoor community sits majestically at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain and close to the legendary Broadmoor Resort.
