Welcome!

Located in an upmarket building with its own private security and small supermarket downstairs, my home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

Comprised of a open-living space with a small balcony outside; the television has internet connectivity for you to watch Netflix or Youtube as relax on the couch.

You will also find a fully-equipped kitchen with tea and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is also available for you to refreshen your clothes when needed.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed that's line with fresh linens for a comfortable stay, while the bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower for you to relax. Complimentary toiletries and fresh towels are provided free of charge.

Please note our home will be sanitised and cleaned before your arrival.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment building is in a great location for business travelers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only 10 minutes by car, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute drive from the home.

You'll be a few minutes away from a Tram station at Mina Sayehi. From there you can change at Dubai Marina for the Metro which can take you directly to the Burj Khalifa.

Alternatively, Taxis and Uber are also available as well.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
