The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious m,eal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The two bedrooms feature a queen bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens), a work desk and a wardrobe for your belongings.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and acomplimentaryree toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Your safety and health are our priority. The flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Town Square, developed by Nshama and launched in 2015, is home to hundreds of residents. Its one to four-bedroom apartments, townhouses and villas are set in an urban neighbourhood, complete with jogging trails, a town park and a skateboard park, among others.

Town Square is located on Al Qudra Road, close to Al Barsha, so the biggest malls of the emirate are not too far away. The Al Maktoum International Airport is less than 20 minutes away and the popular Al Qudra cycle track is also nearby. Other landmarks within residents' reach are the Arabian Ranches Golf Course, Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club and Expo 2020 site.

The nearest bus stop is 10-minutes away in The Sustainable City while the nearest metro station is the Dubai Internet City metro station, roughly 20-minutes away from the community.

You may use the Uber App and the local version called Careem App if you wish to travel in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
