In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area with a sofa that is convertible into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a desk that you can use as your workspace, and a dining bar table for 4. There's also a sitting area on the balcony that you can make use of!

The kitchen is complete with all the mod-cons you need such as stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is at your disposal.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linens, to ensure you have a good night's sleep. On top of that, there is a chest drawer to keep your belongings.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience!

Jumeirah Lake Towers Dubai has been known as a community where people can live, work and enjoy their life with equal ease and serenity. The waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants allow late night walk or stroll along side the lake. Community retail stores cater to the basic needs of the inhabitants even available at close quarters. Squares and gardens between the clusters creates huge and ease connectivity between the large districts of the community.

The inhabitants as well as the working class within the JLT is benefited with a wide range of facilities within reach such as quiet community areas, cafe terrace, shaded walkways and benches. Addition to that it also include pavements fountains, lake fountains, garden near to avenues, groves of trees, desert gardens and bespoke sculptural features.

Consisting of regular grocery stores, laundries, cafes and retail outlets Jumeirah Lake Towers caters to the basic needs and supply the entire daily requirement for the residents. Beside these some major shopping hubs can be found in the nearby areas of JLT such as Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Pearl Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall and Mall of Emirates. The apartment is located in Cluster K of Jumeirah Lake Towers. The community offers direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road that makes the rest of Dubai more reachable. The residential hubs like Dubai Marina and JBR are minutes away from JLT if you are driving via First Al Khail Street.

If you don’t drive, there are usually plenty of taxis in the area while two metro stations also make public transportation in JLT easily accessible. There is the DMCC Metro Station which is right next to Cluster D and then the DAMAC Properties Metro Station next to Cluster S. For other clusters there are the feeder buses JLT1 and JLT2 which are conveniently dotted through the area, making commuting and getting around a breeze.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
