Just few minutes away from Dubai Marina and its crystal clear water beaches, this Property is located at Jumeirah Lake Towers district, which offers all the amenities that residents would require, which is why it is an excellent community for singles, married couples and young families.
It is built around four lakes — one of which was later filled in to create a 55,000sqm grass-lawned park. With its clusters of tall, modern towers, residents and tourists embrace its friendly vibe. From dawn to well after dusk, young families, cyclists, joggers and dog-walkers populate the well-connected circuit of boardwalks and footbridges lining the waterfront, dotted with lakeside cafes, beauty salons and retail haunts.
From restaurants and cafes, to the shops located close-by to the many high-rise residential towers, you can find what you need just a short walk away.
Most people use personal conveyance to move around, while one can also book taxis via the RTA app or use ride-hailing services such as Careem or Uber (as taxis may not be as easily available within the gated community at all times).

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
