Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as the Dubai Marina, the Palm Jumeirah, and many good restaurants scattered around the area.
This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofabed and a TV, where you can relax and stream your favourite shows after a long day of sightseeing. There is a dining area for four if you wish to dine in.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal.
The two bedrooms contain king and queen beds, with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. One of the bedrooms has a balcony where you can enjoy the stunning city views!
The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need, along with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
