This apartment is designed with open living and dining areas. Featuring a large sofa, and a wide-screen smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals and also comes with a washing machine, should you need it.

The bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed, 2 king-sized beds and a single bed in the maid's room, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

What's more, the bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool, and the gym which is located in P2 and open from 8 am - 9 pm daily.

Business Bay is one of Dubai’s swankiest residential and professional hubs, set amidst the gleaming waters of the Dubai Canal, a stone’s throw from Dubai’s quintessential ‘it’ neighbourhood, Downtown Dubai. One of the most upscale locations in Dubai, hosting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young populations. Reverberating with youthful energy, Business Bay has a fast-paced, vibrant lifestyle complete with trendy bars, busy cafes and luxurious spas.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city. Dubai Fountain Street 2 and Empire Heights Towers 1 are also within walking distance while the nearest airport is Dubai International Airport, 17.3 km from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night and room.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
