Our location is in the middle of downtown Fairhope, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. 412 Fairhope Ave is a luxury condo hosted by Fairhope Stay— Our flats each offer three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with two bunk nooks providing a spacious and comfortable retreat for up to twelve guests to enjoy. Both units were recently built and designed by a local interior designer with convenience and privacy in mind.

Arriving to the Fairhope Stay property, you'll enjoy the private covered parking, a lit pathway to the front door for our late-night arrivals, an accessible step-free walk up to a convenient elevator to make unloading the car and settling in a breeze for everyone. After taking up your private elevator that opens directly to your foyer, you'll be greeted by a lovely open-concept haven designed with connection in mind. For those evenings of shared meals and laughter, you'll have enough dining space for the entire family. The formal dining table seats eight comfortably and is the perfect place to gather over dinner or a bottle of wine. Direct and private access to the bathroom provides ample space with a double vanity and maintains privacy with a dividing wall between the shower and the toilet.
Continuing down the hall, a secondary set of built-in bunks offer a separate space for singles and kids to enjoy. Adjacent to the bunk nook is a secondary bedroom with a king sized bed and shared access full bathroom.
The third bedroom at the end of the hall also offers a king sized bed with seating and a large walk-in closet. The private access bathroom features a dual vanity and the added privacy of a totally closed off water closet from the rest of the bathroom.
