Your group will love how close we are to Broadway and all downtown Nashville has to offer. These 3 units are located in a building with 4 total units. (If you would like to add the 4th unit please just ask for details)
You will enjoy having 2 bedrooms and 1 bath per unit, so with these three units you will have 6 total bedrooms and 3 baths. Each unit also has a queen air mattress or sleeper sofa so at our max occupancy you could have 8 people per unit and a total of 24!
Our three 2-bedroom units all under one roof is a great choice for your group. We can give your group a lot of space and plenty of privacy all at the same time!
In each unit you will have a king-sized bed in the master along with double bunks in the second bedroom. The living rooms has plenty of room to hang out and relax along with a kitchen to allow you to eat in if you choose!
We also provide off street parking along with plenty of on street free parking.
We have a keyless entry system which allows you to come and go with a code instead of a key.
We will not be at the property but are local and available at any time!
We are located just outside of downtown (1.5 miles) and to the west of Germantown. We are a very short drive to everything Nashville's downtown and Germantown have to offer!
Our home is very centrally located. We are a very short uber/lyft ride to all of downtown and Nashville's best neighborhoods.
Looking for something unique? Our Nashville Recording Artist will come to our property and play a private set! Ask us how! His name is Noah Alan and you can find his original music on all platforms!
Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom

1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
