The Chalet is separate units, with the upper and lower rentals both equipped with separate kitchens, bathrooms and sleeping areas. The standard rental includes the entire lower unit but the upper suite is available for an addition $25 per person/day. Fee only applies to 5th and or 6th guest. Both units have Heat/AC but lake breezes will keep you cool all summer. often you can hear the soothing sound of waves crashing on the nearby shoreline located just a few hundred yards away.
