Good property
A lot of opportunity here and it will improve with time. I try to empathize with property owners and their situations. I do not know the situation in full here. However, from my perspective, this is one of the most challenging experiences I have had. The property manager is friendly but overbearing. I spent too much time engaged in pre-vacation, vacation, and post-vacation texts about input, what needs to be cleaned, what I cleaned, what maybe needs to be cleaned, what I did not clean, where is this, where is that, I am in the home, I have pictures... I have never had issues like this with rentals before. I am still getting texts post-trip. We did not have parties, we were not loud, and are late career earners with pre-teen kids and an elderly mother-in-law enjoying her grandkids. Anyway, my family is respectful and we always leave a place thinking about how we would like it left. Dishes in washer, counters clean, floors swept, and helping out with laundry like towels. I believe there is emotional attachment to the property that is expressed with some micromanagement that will likely improve. I will not go into things that the HOA or manager cannot control. The Pool is fantastic and the property is as well. I know the owner is hyper focused on improvement and undoubtedly this experience will improve.
