This home with155 feet of canal front includes a floating dock for hours of fun using the provided kayaks and a midsized dock where you can fish to your heart's content. Imagine yourself sipping your favorite beverages or dining al fresco on the 70 foot long sundeck. Play your favorite board games, enjoy quiet breakfasts and relax in the 65 foot long sunroom that stretches along the back of the home. On those hot Florida days, chill out in the huge pool and warm up on cool nights in the steaming spa. Prepare meals in the large kitchen that boasts cupboard after cupboard, full of a plethora of utensils and serving ware.

There is plenty of room to spread out around this unconventional and charming home, plus six large bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the first floor are connected, as are the two bedrooms upstairs. Guests walk through one bedroom to access the other, although the first floor 2 bedroom suite does have a separate exterior entrance.

Relax and unwind from the daily hustle and bustle. This is a private waterfront retreat for you and your family and friends. The home accommodates up to a total of 12 guests, including adults and children. Bring the dog, too! High speed internet is provided so you can check those emails and the kids have no excuse to skip out on schoolwork. Cable television is in the two main rooms for your watching enjoyment on the smart tvs. Smart tvs are found in each bedroom, where you can watch your favorite programs on the streaming service of your choice.

All payments must go through VRBO. Please note that we have two Ring cameras for security of our home. One is at the front door and the other is above the garage. In addition, the Noise Aware noise monitoring system is on our property. This Noise Aware equipment monitors noise levels (similar to decibel levels) inside and outside of the home in order to verify that noise levels do not surpass the levels set in the Marco Island noise ordinance.
