Everything worked out great. Checkin info worked out well and the parking garage is able to accommodate a jeep wrangler but not much taller.Elevators were a concern but worked out well. Didn’t experience any long waiting periods MAX was MAYBE 3-5min once. Otherwise it was just a slight wait.Room was tight but great for 2 people and the views were amazing. Spotted some whales jumping and even a navy sub one day. Def recommend this place for a couple!
The view was great from the 34th floor. The room was just what we need for our stay. It was nice to be able to use some of the gear in the unit too. The one thing that was inconvenient was when the elevator was not running due to high winds. I would stay here again!
Place has amazing views of both the city and ocean and its located near a lot you can walk too which is very convienient. Would love to come back and stay again. Mahalo!
Very pleasant stay, the unit was great, best location in Hawaii to watch 4th of July fireworks, the host was on point. I gave a 4 rating only because the building needed attention such as the pool and the tennis court. Other than that this was a great experience. I do highly recommend this unit. Thank you!

Smoke and Mirrors
This was a surprise trip of a lifetime for my family members celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The photos appeared to show wall to wall ocean views, but it seems if you know what to look for you would notice that it was one wall of windows and mirrors on the other side. The photos of this location are not accurate with cleanliness. There were clearly urine deposits all over the toilet facilities. The stove was encrusted in burnt debris and when it was turned on the smell was so bad that it had to be shut off and the food was throw out and they went out to eat. The broken binoculars were chained up (not sure why you leave them there if they are broken). All of the furniture was stained and some had small holes in it as well. On a good note- the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were amazing and the refrigerator was spotless. The parking garage was very secure and the check in/out process was simple. The location was great as well. If it had been clean it would have been a 5 star rating, unfortunately that was not the case.

Not Recommended, Elevators unreliable!
We would not recommend staying here, though the unit was clean and view was great. The building itself is in need of upgrading, in particular the elevators are in need of replacement. There are 2 small elevators, one which was broken the entire week we were there. The second, was shut down for a storm and then broke many times two days after the high winds. We had to climb 34 flights of stairs to reach the unit and down the same. The last day as we were checking out it broke down and we had to desend 30+ flights of stairs with our luggage. Unless you want to roll the dice and are looking for a Stairmaster workout don't stay here! The owner was responsive, but he could only call for repair, which happened too many times.
We had an excellent check-in and check-out experience. Everything was well explained step by step on a guide on a web page that the owner provided us. (There was only one thing that could have been explained better at check-in: the lockbox to access the parking lot is in the first boxes on your left. It took us a while to find it because there are so many in the same place.) I needed to get information from the owner twice, but she didn't answer and only showed up when she needed to know what time I would be leaving so she could send the cleaning lady. So I gave the owner a score of 0 for communication. Another negative point is the elevator. In the 4 days we were there, it broke down TWICE!!! And I realized that this is a common problem in this building. The situation was really bad, since she rents the room on the 34th floor!!!! With luggage, it's horrible having to go up the stairs. If you have trouble sleeping, it's really noisy there. The air conditioning and the bathroom exhaust fan make a lot of noise. positive points: very central, close to everything, and every Friday there are fireworks, which we could see clearly from the bedroom window. very well equipped with cooking accessories, stuff to use on the beach, etc.
