There are many great things to list about the condo. Please, first scroll all the way down to see the pictures that are worth a thousand words... Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, very well-appointed condo featuring many fantastic amenities.

The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! You'll appreciate The Home Theater system and comfortable living area.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque!

You'll love sitting out on the Huge Deck that has a great view of one of the complex pools, the Lake, and the serene state park just across the water.

The spacious Master Suite has a King-sized bed and private bath with a tub / shower. The Second and Third Bedrooms offer comfortable Queen Sized Beds, Ceiling Fans, and TVs with VCR, & DVD players.

BOATERS: Our 12 x 30 foot slip is close by and available upon request. Larger slips are available as well. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

The property was overall an excellent place! The location of our family was in the towers so it was a bit of a pain to get to them due to have to drive instead of walking the path due to gates be locked.

Extended Family Vacation

Parkview Condos were a great place to experience our family vacation. Our family rented 4 condos in total. We were close to each other and everything that we wanted to do. Our condo in particular was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for the 4 of us. I really appreciated the parking lot level entry. Would definitely rent again!

A family favorite for years to come!

Staying at various Condos on the lake, this unit, by far is above and beyond the rest! It was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone throughout! Was a short walk to the boat dock and swimming pool. We especially loved the quiet cove. We will definatly stay again next year!

2nd year staying at this property! Close to everything we wanted to do. Condo was perfect for us. Had issues with grill! Couldn’t use. We do feel the condo could use some updated appliances. Wasn’t a fan.

Great location, needs better cleaning crew

We've stayed in the Parkview Bay condo complex for over 20 years, and we love the location, the view, and the quiet compared to other areas of the lake. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the condo. The condition of the pools was also disappointing, since they were maintained much better in past years. There were big hairballs in the pool, and the water was cloudy. I contacted the property manager and then they finally cleaned the pools.

Close everything. Easy to get too.

We would stay again. Our only complaint was the mattress in the two bedrooms not the master were a bit uncomfortable but we survived would go back. Loved that it was a walk in no steps.

Quiet and relaxing vacation

Property is well maintained, great location to local attractions and great view of lake, marina and coves. Boat rental near by and it enables you to see the property from the lake. My family has stayed at this property before and never had any issues, learned that the management of the property isn’t always on site if you have a problem. Owners of the property don’t live near by and you could wait a couple hours to have something handled. Reguardleas I would recommend this property to anyone for a vacation stay. We’ll be back!

Nice place and very enjoyable. The only thing I didn't like was the balcony was facing other balconies in this particular condo. Over all real nice stay.

Nice place, but could use some upgrades

It was nice, but the in the bedrooms the carpets are 'loose', but not terrible. They have areas that aren't flat, allowing for a possible trip; but again, not terrible. There was a slat missing in the blinds in the master bedroom which made it difficult to sleep once the sun came up. One item that really needs attention is the couch. The spot where the fold-out bed resides, is broken down and wasn't comfortable at all. It actually caused one person some back issues. Another item of note: we had to wait for an hour or more to have the place cleaned before we could get in. The cleaning crew was very nice about it but it was still time out of our vacation. The host was very good about getting them there quickly after I contacted him.

Great Stay

This location was a 10 min boat ride to the ramp and located close to all the major destinations and fantastic for 3 couples to stay. The pool was still open and we loved it! The hot water heater is small so take quick showers or spread it out on a schedule that works for everyone.

The condo we stayed in wasn’t very clean and several things were broken. Also wasn’t stocked, no hand soap, hardly any toilet paper or paper towels, no dish towel etc. Aldo the bed on the pull out couch was broken Overall, we weren’t satisfied with this stay for the money we paid

Over priced and dirty

The condo was dirty, ice maker in freezer wouldn’t stay running, the dryer took 3 hours to dry an average size load of clothes, no propane for the grill, blinds fell off while opening and closing, washer and dishwasher were so old they were crazy loud, WIFI didn’t work, took about an hour to get TV’s to work then there was no volume on the remote. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a light. We changed the light bulb but the light fixture must have been broke. Knobs fell off everything including in the shower. There was a half eaten twizler in the broken down couch. The sliding glass doors were super hard to open and close. There was Black mold on the wall and door on the deck. I don’t think the coffee pot has ever been cleaned - then if it made a pot of coffee it took at least an hour. The burners on the stove were hit and miss. I was only able to get 3 burners to work and I had to constantly wiggle them so they would stay hot. The first day I used the grill it had about a years worth of grime on it. I cleaned it - put the chicken on and ran out of propane. The property mgr said go change the bottle out at Casey’s in town... all the beds were terrible. I realize everyone’s taste is a little different but when kids complain it’s bad. I won’t go here again.

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
