Slide open the door and walk right out to the personal large patio that overlooks the beautiful beach. The spacious patio is perfect for dining and BBQing and hanging out watching the waves or for beach activities like beach massages or bargaining with beach vendors for Mexican souvenirs. This private property right on the ocean has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room also has a fold out queen bed and a second fold out full bed for additional sleeping. Full stocked kitchen and BBQ. AC and ceiling fans. Free parking. Includes wifi and a smart TV. Located in quiet Las Conchas.

Amazing beachfront condo

This condo was exactly as presented in the pictures. It is directly on the beach, as well appointed, and the beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and even play on the beach. Thank you very much for hosting our family. Your condo made our vacation, perfect!

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay!

We loved the patio that is right on the beach. Clean and quite beach with beautiful sunsets. We saw dolphins while we enjoyed our morning coffee, then we got a massage right on the back patio. The area is close enough to enjoy the Rocky Point bars, restaurants and shopping, and just far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the beach without the crowds. We have already made plans to come back to this property.
